They were very good and I liked them. They did it very quickly. They explained what was going on and what the law was. It looks fine. The price was same as the others.

We called Absolute Perfection to tint our sliding glass doors. We received a lot of sun on that side of the house and Inoticed it had begun to bleach our hardwood floors and we always had a terrible glare in our family room. From the first contact Absolute Perfection was responsive and accommodating. They answered many of my questions via email and then sent out a basic quote along with product samples. They were easily reached by phone where they answered more questions and scheduled the appointment. They were able to meet my needs because of a crazy work schedule! The office staff was outstanding and the technician who came out was friendly, professional and efficient. The whole appointment was approximately an hour and included the actual tinting process and then payment. The technician took the time to explain the product, the cleaning process (super simple - no special products needed) and then explanation of the warranty. It was a great experience with a great company. We're considering tinting for some of our other windows based on this experience!

They were very prompt and responsive. They gave me couple of options.

ce I called Absolute Perfection and another Window Tinting company (one that I'd used for my cars, so I wasn't a stranger to them) to come out and give me a quote on the 44 windows of my house (yes, it was a large job). Bill (the owner) showed up on time, went over the options with me and discussed the pros and cons of each. I understood my options and felt comfortable with the choices. He took measurements and gave me a quotation (and a 10% Angie's List discount). The competitor showed up later the same day. Not as professional in appearance, no samples with specifications, only one cut sheet as an example of what they would install. Never got more than a verbal quote, although I did hear from his manager later that day telling me that they would have one soon. Needless to say, I went with Absolute Perfection. We set a date, and I got a confirmation call the day before. Jason & Ryan showed up on time, and were very professional. It took a second day (as they knew beforehand) and again they showed up on time and completed the job in the time they had set. They left no trace of having been in the house, and they took care of every detail. Gave me full information on the dos and don'ts and the lifetime warranty. Couldn't be happier!

I contacted Absolute Perfection via email and received an estimate for what I wanted done. Then, I scheduled an appointment via email without any problems at all. Responses were very quick. I could have easily called to schedule my appointment, but I wanted to see how well email works. When we arrived, Bill Valway (one of the owners) greeted us and went over what we were having done on our RAV4. We planned to wait in their waiting area for the job to be completed. They did a thorough and quick job. Everything went smoothly. It's now a week later and the tinting looks great and it feels better inside the RAV4 when it is out in the sun. The product is LLUMAR which has a lifetime warranty and is transferable. The bonus is that AAA members get 15% off which is quite nice. We will definitely bring our next vehicle here for tinting.

Bill educated us on all the available options and told us what was best for specific rooms in the house. (There are some rooms in our house that get more sun and are warmer than others.) They were professional and courteous. They were careful with our furniture and hardwood floors. We saw a difference in our energy bill soon after the installation. We highly recommend Absolute Perfection.

It was very good. He was clear about what he was selling. I did not feel like he over sold. He was not aggressive or pushy. He responded to our questions. He did a nice job and the solar film is still holding up well after a year. We would definitely recommend them.

Very well. Bill came out to show us samples and describe the benefits of the solar film. The film certainly cut down on the glare. Because of the great increase in electricity rates this year, it's hard to tell whether it decreased our energy bills. We suspect it did, but can't quantify it. But Bill was punctual, neat, and did a good job.
