Absolute Perfection Window Tinting & Graphics

Absolutely perfectly! I began this process via email with Jen Shepherd and was impressed immediately by her gracious manner. After discussing my options a service date was scheduled. Jen was not there on Sat. when I came in so I never had the opportunity to meet her in person. I met Mark and he helped me finalize my decision. They took me on time and made me feel very welcomed. Also met Tristen who was equally respectful and courteous. Approximately an hour and a half later my car was finished and it looked Absolutely perfect. It is rare today to find a collective group of employees so dedicated to their profession. A huge A PLUS!!!! Would I recommend them and do future business? ABSOLUTELY!

Scheduled online after filling out their form for a quote. Painless process for scheduling and it took about an hour to tint the car. Kind of on the pricey end but I guess that is what you get when you go for high end film and great service.

They did a great job. The price was fine. I would tell others to use them if you need them, they were good. They just did exactly what I wanted them to do and when I needed them to do.

We decided to go with window tinting after severe UV damage to our hardwood floors. The estimator was good to work with at the initial appointment. A good explanation was given about the different options. As time passed before we made our decision, we started working with Jen in the office to make revisions to our estimate. She is very responsive and professional. Despite a significant lag between estimate and starting the work, she honored the price and even improved it when we added more windows to the job. I checked with Jen a few days prior to starting our job to know how to prepare the work areas for the crew. That prep really helped the workers be more productive and they finished the job in less time than we anticipated. Jason and Elias are a wonderful installation team. They are so patient about answering all the typical questions. It was a pleasure having them in the house with us today. The windows look A-mazing. Gone is the glare and intense heat that our unprotected windows let into the house. There is a complete difference in the amount of glare, heat, and light. I feel like I am wearing sunglasses when I look out the windows. We are very happy with our decision to go with Absolute Perfection to make our home more comfortable and protect our floors and fabrics from devastating UV rays.

Let me first start by saying that if you are here because you are searching for a good window tint firm, your search stops here! I called at least 4 places to get an idea of cost, wait time, etc...I called Absolute and the phone was answered by Becky, and after the first 10 seconds, I knew I was going to be a customer. Dynamite friendly woman who was patient with my questions and answered them truthfully and courteously. Many of the other shops (many A rated) rushed me off the phone and weren't especially phone friendly. They were able to take me within an hour so I ran over there, met Becky, and she explained the variety of window films and how they differed. I made the choice with no pressure, no hassle and no drama. They took my car and I had it back in 90 minutes, exactly what Becky told me. The car looks PERFECT! You should know that this is no ordinary shop. These are serious business people, who offer SO much more than just window tint for your car. I was given a tour of their facility, and they are an impressive top tier graphics, graphics design, vehicle wrap and media company as well. I was actually amazed at their work and their capabilities. I know this sounds like a paid advertisement but I promise you I am a verified Angie's List member and just a very, VERY satisfied customer! These types of businesses are hard to find these days. Did I mention the car tint application came out perfect? it was a quick process, the people were genuinely friendly, and I will return for anything I need done that they can handle and I will refer anyone I can to them. Do yourself a favor and pick up the phone, call Becky (or Christy) and forget about contacting their competition. They honestly don't have any, and their prices are excellent as well, which is just the icing on the cake.

From start to finish, Absolute Perfection was amazing. We called and set an appointment, Jen was super friendly, knowledgeable, and confident. We changed our minds several times and she was always pleasant! Josh and Elias showed up on install day early, and friendly! The job was installed in the time allocated and looks amazing. !!

Everything went perfectly. Scheduling was a breeze with Becky via emails. Christy was very nice to talk to. Drop off and pick-up of the vehicle went smoothly. The work looks great. I'm not sure how they compare on price, but everything I did see and experienced would make me come back for more work.

This company was quick to respond to emails for a quote on the cost of tinting the car and they told me up front the details between their different tint options and their respective costs. I liked their friendliness in helping me decide, even going as far as telling me what they have on their car to show an example of the end product. I went with the pinnicle tinting due to good reviews online about this llumar tint. They finished the job in under 2hrs and so far I love the look and install of the product. Great job!

The process went very smoothly and we were happy to get someone at our house to tint our windows within a reasonable time frame. We had seven windows tinted in areas where our home would get especially hot during the summer. The tint has helped dramatically, and we noticed an improvement on the first day. We went with the ceramic colorless tint and wish we had done it sooner!

Liz helped me get the process started with emailing all the information I needed. She was quick to respond and had lots of details. I got a reminder call two days prior to my appointment. Showed up early and they took me right in. They finished the job under the time the had given me. Answered all questions that I had with friendly smile. The girl at the counter (forget her name) helped me pick out the tint with no pressure and she even directed me to a local restaurant while I waited. A great experience, might even take my Corolla back to get tinted. Thanks!

Installed Comfort Series to match factory tint on rear windows. Installation was at the shop. They pulled my vehicle into the shop at my exact appointment time, estimated job completion in 1 hour, and finished the job in about 40 minutes. The finished product looks great. The staff were awesome. There was a small area on the inside of the driver door that was missed during the post installation clean up, but not enough for me to complain to the staff. They put a much appreciated bright green sticker over the window buttons with a warning to prevent putting the windows down for a few days. BONUS: They have an Internet connected smart TV in the waiting area, which kept my children occupied with Disney cartoons on Netflix.

They arrived on time, were professional, and did an excellent job. I was very satisfied and will soon have them back to do the windows on the front of the house. I will recommend them to anyone needing window tinting.

Perfect - timely and pleasant sales process - fair pricing - offered without being asked Angie's list discount. Installers showed up on time, did a great job and left. They were careful in the house doing their job and left no mess. I would very much recommend this outfit.

It looks great and no problems with the installation of the film. I selected the LLumar FormulaOne PINNACLE Series. Tim did a great job and I'm very happy with the results. I would recommend them to anyone.

They installer arrived exactly when we were told. He explained the process and how long it would take. The results were as expected and probably will use them again on more windows. Salesman was very helpful especailly with product selection.

It went great in my opinion. They did a really great job and performed EXACTLY what they said they would. They were also very knowledgeable with the state laws and what's allowed and not allowed. I would defintely recommend them to others.

Overall, the service performed seemed efficient and I felt well informed of the options available for my car. During the time it took to perform the service I waiting in the sitting area and the service took about 3 hours to complete. They placed instructions about not adjusting the window while they dry for about 3 days, and that it will take about 2 weeks for the finished product to be fully dry.
