Russ was very professional and helpful in pointing out the real sources of the water seepage in my home, recommending appropriate mitigation efforts, and most important, pointing out numerous defects in the work performed by the basement waterproofing company. I only wish I had him inspect my house before I hired the disreputable outfit that caused massive damages to my basement, never mind the fact that the system they installed was both inappropriate for the problem and useless because of numerous defects of workmanship and materials.

This provider was brought by the people who had put an offer on the property that was owned by me and my parents prior to me. When he was there doing his inspection he was cursing at my 85 year old father who was tagging along and being polite. His name is Allan and it is probably a one person company. I will not use him. The person who wanted to buy the house became so scared of the house that they did not buy the house. We are so trying to sell the house now.
