George Owens Home Improvements just completed a basement repair project for us, and I can't say enough good things about Mr. Owens and his team of pros! Following an unexpected rain flood, our repair requests were specific and perhaps a little old-fashioned, and Mr. Owens exceeded our expectations at every turn! A man of his word, he did everything we asked, offered excellent suggestions, and saved us money without cutting corners. His prices were reasonable, he cared about the job, and he made sure we were pleased with the results. I truly appreciated how he always came on time, worked efficiently, and communicated job progress throughout the 3-week project. I was consulted every step of the way, and trusted his professional advice. He worked well with me as I worked with our insurance company, and I was pleased by his willingness to itemize charges for our convenience. He responded promptly to every phone and text communication, and I felt like I was a valued member of his team. I have recommended him to all of our neighbors, and he will always be the first one I call in the future for ANY project--big or small! The basement is BEAUTIFUL! Well done, and thank you, George!

George came out to look at my bathrooms the same day that I called. He was prompt and courteous while he was onsite. He said that he was going to go and crunch some numbers and provide my with an estimate by Tuesday. Tuesday comes around and he does not call. Several days later, he calls to say that he has not forgotten about me, and that he is trying to get in touch with his tile guy, and he will provide me with an estimate by Saturday. Saturday comes around and I hear nothing. I call and leave several messages on his voicemail, and...nothing. I never hear from him again. At least have the decency to call me and tell me that you are unable to perform the job. The lack of professionalism is truly appalling.

Mr. Owens gave me a fair estimate for all the work that was done. His men were very professional and neat. Work was done in the amount of day he said. I did have to change some of the colors I selected and he was very accommodating with the new changes. I will hire the Co. again for some outside painting.
