Bill Taylor provided excellent plumbing related services for our family. We have used him a couple of times in the past. But this time our very complex system of pumps was not working. Bill checked with manufactuers, the orginial installer and other systems. He finally concluded there was a very small problem - vs replacing the entire system. He saved us over $3000. I have referred him to friends and get very good feedback. He is prompt and kept us informed throughout the process!
