Description of Work: This review is for J. Ekstrom of Huntington, NY - not sure why they are listed as a Maryland company. Within the last few months I have used this company to fix leaking pipes, replace valves, fix hot water heater, furnace etc.

+ -1 moreThe only problem occurred when there was a misunderstanding between us when I expected him to confirm the work date, and he was expecting me to call their office to set up a date. It was finally resolved but took a week longer than it should have. Otherwise all work was done very professionally and quickly.
Description of Work: Accessed a old galvanized pipe that had a pinhole leak, cut it out, and replaced it with a pipe made of newer material. In order to access the pipe he had to open the ceiling in my foyer for about 12 feet and each opening was also about 6-8" wide.

Description of Work: He checked out the heating zone and make sure there were no problems. Made sure the heating was running correctly and drained out my hotwater heater. Also replaced a valve from the hot water heater.

Description of Work: David, one of the owners, came during snow storm to estimate damage to sewer line in basement. The repair was done three days before Christmas by two plumbers who had to remove part of a finished basement floor, replace cracked sewer line and cast iron vent & repair floor. The job was done expertly and once the concrete had set the carpet was replaced as good as new.
