They were great all around. They did more than we asked for and for a great price!

I found them on Angie and Donnie called immediately. We were initially going to do the demo ourselves but after getting halfway through we realized it would be better off to hire someone. Donnie worked with us price wise because our home had been absolutely destroyed by fire. He was there when he said he was going to be and even went out on a Sunday to complete a job. He was a pleasure to talk to and I would definitely recommend them.

They were very professional

Hired to gut a large 100+ year old commercial bakery building in Baltimore City. They came in with plenty of manpower and the right skillset to skin 100 years of layers back to the shell walls and subfloors. They tore out double brick walls, chimney stacks, brick pillars and fully removed portions of the first floor. Great communication throughout and completed the Job in only 1 week. Worked quickly to resolve differing site conditions. Donnie provided communication daily on the status of the work & progress.

I contacted Superior Demolition through Angi, and Donnie W. contacted me almost immediately. Donnie provided excellent communication, and provided me a quote to demolish a 16x20 patio with 36 feet of a 3 foot retaining wall. The price was extremely reasonable, but I decided to complete the work on my own. After attempting to do the work myself, and failing miserably, I called Donnie that day, and he had a new proposal with a reduced price accounting for the work I had already completed by the end of the day. Just a few short days later, Donnie’s crew was out to complete the job. They left the job site extremely clean, and even took some additional junk I needed to dispose of! Absolutely recommend Super Demolition!

What a great experience. The owner came to the site and got me a quote within 3 hours. The price was good. They knocked down a 44 by 20ft out building and a 20 by 44 ft cement pad. all in one day. They helped with getting 60 yards of fill dirt and flattened it out. A great experience for us. I told my wife "why can't all contractors by this good? Thanks

They came when they said they would. I needed them to demo a wooden swing set into pieces small enough for me to take to the curb for pick up. He did exactly what I asked :-) Worked hard and efficiently.

Great company that helped me with an unsual job to dig out my basement while my business was still open. They worked hard, were professional, on time and cleaned up daily after themselves.

When I called them the owner came over and looked at the job. He gave me an estimate and then emailed it to me. They arrived on time and explained what they were going to do and how,very friendly but professional. The owner of the company was on site part of the time and we talked about cleaning up debris and whether I wanted to lay down concrete for a new shed. I highly recommend them.

Donnie did an outstanding job. He stayed in contact the entire time. I text him at 5 in the morning and he text right back. Who else would answer that early and with a smile? He checked in to see if the entire job was complete and not just his portion. I would hire him again. GREAT JOB DONNIE!!!

Everything was done in the time frame quoted and I was constantly kept informed before and during the project.

I am so happy I hired them. Donald was great about quickly fitting me in there busy schedule to quickly get rid of my hazardous and eye sore of an old shed. Even when some last minute time conflictions came up in my part, he was able to adjust. We expected to be a 2 day job but his team came, let me know exactly what they were going to do, reassured me of my apprehensions and fears, assisted me with moving things around and was completely professional and knowledgeable. They let me know of possible animals that could be living under sheds and checked the soil for any rodents past or present. Once complete they did a full clean up job, even sweeping my driveway just in case something dropped while they were carrying items. I could not have asked for a better team, wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I’m so glad I hired this company! They were very professional. They showed up on time, got right to work and even finished sooner than expected. I couldn’t believe how well they were able to control the dust from getting into other parts of the house. The clean up afterwards was the best I could ask for. I will definitely bring them back for my next project. Their name says it all!!
