They were prompt in arriving for my appointment and also very respective of my home and me. I would not hesitate to call them again for any of my air conditioning needs.

 + -1 moreJanet returned our call promptly and wanted to come out immediately to fix the problem. On a Friday evening. It wasn't that critical, so it was fixed on Saturday morning. No extra charge for after hours or weekends. They respond as soon as possible to all calls, no matter the day or time. Their charges have always been reasonable and fair.I wish every business we dealt with was as organized and devoted to customer service as Larry and Janet are.
Description of Work: Our air conditioning system was taken out by a storm, so we called Holbrook Heating and Air as always. Larry and Janet are great people and go out of their way to accommodate their customers. They do all our heating and air conditioning work and have for years. They not only fix whatever problem we may be having, they also perform routine maintenance on the particular component as part of their service call. We couldn't be more pleased.
