They're very professional, did excellent work, the price was very reasonable. They are the best plumbers I've ever hired. I have had them out to my house twice to do work and I will definitely hire them the next time I need a plumber

Mark came and checked the toilet, I explained that the slow flushing had stopped. He asked questions about whether we had any water backup in the downstairs shower. We did not, and he explained that it was very unlikely that the sewer line needed cleaning. I asked if there was a charge for the service call, and he said he would simply call it a visit to get a price for the cleaning, so there was no charge! He was due at 8:30, the office called to say they had an emergency call, so he would arrive about 10:30, and he called to say he was on the way. The lady in the office, Lisa is very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about them, and would definitely use them again!

Everything went fine and the repair has been satisfactory.

The garbage disposal was replaced with a superior unit. The person sent, I believe his name was Ben, was very professional and polite. I was very happy with the service, professionalism and politeness. I would highly recommend this company for plumbing needs.

We live in northern Baltimore county and have well water. I was watering a small patch of dry grass on a Saturday afternoon when suddenly the sprinkler stopped moving. I unhooked the hose and water trickled out at first and then completely stopped. Right awy I suspected a problem with the well pump. My husband checked the circuit breaker but nothing had tripped and there should have been power to our well pump. The pressure on the water tank was zero and we had no water to the house! We work with a home warranty company so I contacted them. The company they identified did not respond within the requested time frame. I called about a half dozen plumbers on Angies List that say they offer 24 hour emergency service. For most of them I either got an answering service or their voice mail. Some of them did return my call on Sunday and a couple called back on Monday. It is very disturbing when you have NO WATER coming into the house. Anytime Plumbing was the ONLY company that actually answered my call for help late on a Saturday afternoon. Gary came out first thing Sunday morning and determined that our well pump and wiring needed to be replaced. He and his crew were back at our house on Monday and by late afternoon we had water again! A portion of the cost was covered by my home warranty company. I appreciated Gary's willingness to speak directly with them (even though he is not one of their service providers) to provide the requested information so we could get a quick authorization and move ahead with the repairs. We are grateful that we only had to go without water for 2 days and realize it could have been much worse. Gary did his best and was able to get a crew out and get the job done quickly.

While we were doing it, we were setting up for a family reunion. He helped us hook a hose up for us at no charge. He has been coming here on and off for different jobs for about 2 years. I love this guy. Gary is very down to earth and he always shows up on a dime. He has always showed up right away. When our well pump went out on us, it was quite an emergency and he was here in no time. He also helped hook up our on demand heater. His prices are very competitive and he does excellent work, so it is well worth it.

He was away but he said he could send a man out on Monday to complete. It ended up being less than me buying the sump pump and putting it myself. It has worked fine since.
