The plumber who arrived was nice, but the manager/owner who I spoke with quoted us $450 over the phone for the entire job. I asked him if that was an estimate. He said no that’s the price…$150 per faucet. You have 3 faucets you want replaced so it’s $450 total. I then asked him (owner/manager) if we had to pay per hour and he said no. Then the plumber came and it took him a little longer than expected to put 2 of the faucets in. The manager/owner charged us $700 for 2 faucets and we decided not to have the 3rd one installed because of the price. When I asked the owner/manager about the new price of $700 he was really upset and was acting like I was the one who had done something wrong.

Showed up on time, work was done in a reasonable amount of time and the people were nice to work with

It went well. They didn't have the part they needed on the truck, but they quickly had it delivered to my house and they repaired the leak,

When you call them, they will come out. If they can't get out right away, they will tell you want to do. They don't damage your home or make any holes. They are very reasonably priced. They have an excellent work ethic. They are really good.

THIS IS A VERY DEPENDABLE, MULTI-TALENTED INDIVIDUAL. HE FINDS A WAY TO GET THINGS DONE, EVEN WHEN FACED WITH A DIFFICULT SITUATION. HE CLEANS UP AFTER HIMSELF, LEAVING THE AREA AS CLEAN AS WHEN HE ARRIVED.
