+ -1 moreI would highly recommend Tidewater Septic Service for septic pump outs. Jake is very professional, friendly and hard working. I’m not an easy person to satisfy but I am completely happy with his services. Thoroughly emptied our tanks, cleaned up the surrounding area. I couldn’t be more pleased.

+ 0 moreI would classify Tidewater Septic as an ideal contractor. Service was friendly and professional. Over the years, I've had several septic services come out to pump the septic tank. Some have told me it was impossible because of a concrete slab that obstructs one of the lids. Tidewater Septic noted this challenge, figured out how to work around it, and helped me understand how to remediate the issue for future pumps. It was the perfect service call. I would hire them again and recommend that you do as well.

Would definitely recommend Jake and use him again. He even gave us the names of local trustworthy companies to help us with the next steps.
