It’s unfortunate that you feel this way. I directed you to where you could go online and buy the thermostat that would be least expensive route for you. And yes you purchased it online and ask when I could come by and my response was possibly tonight. When I didn’t make it that evening your text the next day telling me that if I wasn’t there by Saturday you would find someone else to do it made me believe that you wanted to go in another direction.

If only I could have rated A++!!! They did such an amazing job for us in a very difficult room (all windows) now it stays warm in the winter and cool in the summer. They also replaced our main unit, and it is working so efficiently ( has lowered our bill by hundreds of dollars). They stand by there work and make sure everything is working perfectly. I give them my HIGHEST rating!!!!! Thanks so much for you professionalism, courteous, and prompt service!!!

Extremely efficient and professional. They showed up on time and finished earlier that estimated . Had the best prices .cleaned up their mess as they worked ( which is unusual these days ) . Returned to inspect equipment operation when I called with questions. They have preformed at a level above any other company I have used .
