+ -1 moreI was not here for the actual installation but experienced a couple issues after I moved in. The man who runs this small business created multiple excuses for why he couldnt come and repair the work. I basically harassed him for five weeks and threatened legal action at the end before he finally showed. That was the first experience. The second time...shame on me for calling him...I explained the white PVC inspection tube blew a hole in the top and it sticks about a foot above ground and he stated I must have run over it with the lawn mower or weed whacked it...it is January and the last time I mowed was October so I'm not sure how that works. I was told to unplug the pump and he would be here first thing in the morning. The following day I called him at 11 am to find out if he was going to show and he stated he was elsewhere. Long story short..no show again...horrible customer service...and I will not only never call this company again (which apparently is one guy) but I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of this company.
Description of Work: This company was used to put in a new septic system in the house I purchased.
