Professional repair person came and fixed the problem right away. He even let us know that there was a problem with the electrical panel that needed to be taken care of - which we did. Over and above the call of duty. We have used this company as needed for the past 12 years and always had a good result. Highly recommend.

I have been overall satisfied with my experiences with Edge of the Bay. He goes far beyond what he has to do. He follows through on everything he does. He contacted the manufacturer for one of my issues. I completely trust his work. I love using them. They are not the cheapest but the quality is very good. They give you a two hour time limit as to when they will be there and I have always had them come during that window. I have never had them not show up. I will continue to use them.

I called to obtain service on the microwave. A serviceman arrived the same day of the initial call . The Microwave is "housed" in a cabinet and attached to a wall oven. The service person removed some screws, contiuously turned the unit off and on and finally determined the fan needed to be repalced. He said he would have to order a part and would return when the part arrived with a second person to assist in lifting the unit. About a week later I received a call from Edge of the Bay to replace the part. The man arrived at the designated time, but was alone. He informed me that he had a n "oven dolly" to lift the unit. He went to the kitchen and then stated that I had 2 options....#1 was that I could sign their waver stating if any damage occurred to any item (cabinet, microwave, oven, refrigerator, floor, etc.) that the company would not be responsible. #2 was that I could hire an independent person (at my expense) to remove the unit and allow it to sit on the floor until the job was complete and then have the independent person put the unit back in place. I stated that I had already paid Edge of the Bay the $85.00 service fee and that they were to fix the microwave. By not signing the waiver or choosing to hire an independent person to remove and replace the unit I had no other options. I told the service man to leave our home, which he did and never offered to return the initial fee. I feel that I was mislead during the first service call by not being informed of our options. The service man stated that he was not really certain what the problem was and until he could remove the unit the problem could not be properly diagnosed. I would never use this company again as I feel they could have informed me of their "options" during the initial visit.

Their service was ok...they did fix it, which is why we called them. They replaced some part of our electronic system, but after 11 months something else went wrong. They sent a knowledgable repair man but haven't been asked to come fix the problem yet.
