+ 1 moreCDI was great. I called them based on a recommendation and they were able to head out the next day to take a look. We also asked them to see if they could fix up a walkway on the side of the house which was all mud and weeds. They installed underground drainage from one of the downspouts. They topdressed and seeded the entire lawn and topdressed it in a way sober don’t get the pooling of standing water. They also laid down river cobble and steppers on the side walkway. They were able the start Andre days later and finished the job in 2 days and it looks great! Chase was very responsive to calls and texts. Excellent work and customer service. We feel so much better about our yard now.
Description of Work: We moved into a new townhouse that had recently put sod down before we saw it. By the time we moved in, most of the grass was dead and there were areas water was pooling and created this black mold type look.

Description of Work: CDI assisted with my rather large manicured lawn of .8 acres. They were reasonably priced and always on time. They're understanding of almost any request I had was impressive. My basement flooded and they immediately came to the rescue and fixed the well line that broke, not an easy fix, but they made it look simple, and saved my home from having serious issues. The also assisted with the irrigation system and up lights in front of my residence. They are a jack of all trades. I highly recommend their services.
