Description of Work: When we built our house 16 years ago, we put in an off brand commode. We've never been able to get parts to fit is exactly right. For the first time since we've lived here, Brian fixed the toilet in the master bath so that it finally works correctly. He was quiet, efficient, on time, and cleaned up whatever mess he made. There was no mess when he left the house. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Brian was referred to me from Holdfast LLC. He was responsive and showed up exactly on time. Problem was a shower fixture not allowing hot water flow. We just moved in and had no documentation for the fixture. Brian spent time calling contractor contacts to find out about the fixture which turned out to be of Italian make. He then was able to contact the manufacturer and get documentation emailed. He was able to diassemble and clean the mixing valve, and presto hot water. Good work. Not sure if the price was competitive or not.
