Apex Remodeling

I hired Apex to do some repainting and flooring in my place to list it for sale. The owner came out to give an estimate, gave me recommendations and feedback on what would make my place look more sellable. They were flexible in scheduling, upfront in pricing and finishing in the time they said they would. The work they did was fantastic and his recommendations were a better option. Did not sell the place yet, but they did a great job overall. Would use them again in the future if needed.

Henry is very knowledgeable and spends time explaining every step of the process. The job was done just as promised. Excellent work and they clean up each day as if they were never there. I would highly recommend Apex to anyone.

This is one of my best experiences in working with a contractor of any type. Henry contacted me on the same day I requested a quote, met with me that afternoon, provided a detailed written estimate that included everything we had discussed. I obtained other estimates, including some that were less expensive. However, I was so impressed by the professionalism Henry showed, I chose to go with Apex. I am very happy I did. The crew was fantastic. They were considerate of my home, kept it as clean as possible, and did meticulous work. They repaired ceiling and wall drywall and painted seven areas of my home. In every way the work exceeded my expectations. I have already hired them to do additional work on the exterior of the house.

They contacted me immediately and did the estimate that day. Started the job the day after I confirmed and finished on time.

A few hiccups, but otherwise good work and timely. Henry was a thoughtful and genuine person. Easy to work with.

Professional, prompt, thorough, and reasonably tidy.

The paint job itself was beautiful when completed. But there were many issues: a lack of cleaning up after the job, multiple paint spills on carpeting and tiles; all wood blinds had paint on them; wood blind valances were jeri-rigged when replaced because the clips had been broken. I was told about one broken clip, they were to come back to fix it and I never heard from them. Then we found 5 out of 8 blind valances had been rigged with wires. I wrote to Henry and sent pictures of the valances but sadly never heard from Apex.

The work was a little pricy but we'll done. The only issue was the workers who did the work did not speak English so asking and answering questions about work details was a little challenging. The communications with the owner about the project was excellent.

Big exterior deck job that I needed before the weekend and they came thru.

Henry of Apex made sure that not only did my home look like it did the day we moved in 18 years before but also went above and beyond by replacing all the old smoke detectors. He was the only contractor who was able to show me before and after photos on a tablet (not a phone) so that I could see the quality and scope of the jobs he'd completed. I am extremely happy with the work Apex did.

Supervisor {Hank} was on the job every day to evaluate progress and keep the crew right on schedule. He took a genuine interest in seeing to it that we got what we wanted and moreover, what we needed to have done. The crew was friendly, professional, clean, and as an example....they vacuumed the entire house and watched for touch-ups . After saying their goodbyes, the last thing we saw was the vacuum cleaner working it's way out the front door..........but wait.......one of the men noted that our front door was in need of cleaning from the weather, went to the work truck and came back and cleaned the door. We will see them again soon for some outside work as the weather permits.

I was impressed by the before and after pictures. It gave me a good idea of how the work would be performed. The crew was very efficient and careful of my furnishings. I would recommend Apex for any painting project.

This contractor was the ONLY company to show me before and after photos of work done in other residences. The job would have been completed ahead of schedule however, 2 1/2 feet of snow made accessing the property difficult. I would HIGHLY recommend Apex for your project.

This company did a fantastic job of removing framing, installing insulation, applying dry lock and painting the cement floor in my basement. The estimate was complete, the work was done in a timely manner and all the folk who did the work were very professional. I had a lot of questions and Henry was always helpful, responsive and informative. This was a very pleasant experience.

The crew of two arrived on time and immediately covered the stairs, floors, and furniture. The lead was very professional and skilled. He was meticulous and conscientious. He took care in every aspect of the tear down, and re-install of the ceiling drywall. He was thorough but not rushed and did not skip steps or try to take the short way around. For example, I had selected a ceiling fixture that I later decided to switch out. The crew returned and hung the new fixture. It didn't cover the previous holes, so the lead filled the holes, and repainted the area. I am very pleased with the finished job and would highly recommend the team.

This company did a great job in my house. They had to do painting patch work and moldings. They came out and gave an honest estimate and they got everything done with days to spare! When I arrived home everything was cleaned up. I give this company 10 Stars!!

Henry took meticulous measurements prior to working up the estimate which I found impressive. My house is on the market so the painting needed to be completed in a timely manner and it was in 4 days. It was a big job, all but 4 rooms in a 7,000 sq ft house! Henry and his team performed an excellent job, on time every day and very clean! My house was pretty much "show ready" when they left I would recommend them to everyone!
