+ -1 moreI bought the 2 hour $99 deal, I never got a call from then, their email acct was inactive, phoned them and he was too busy to talk, was supposed to call me back. I regret ever buying this deal; I'd prefer to have my $$ back. Still waiting to see if I'll ever get an appointment.

Description of Work: Despite an estimate a myriad of phone calls, they never managed to arrange a time to actually do the work. I can not say if they were qualified or not, but based on their lack of response to repeated emails and voice mails to arrange the actual work, we have moved on.

+ -1 moreTHEY TOOK A LONG TIME AND DID NOT COMPLETE THE JOB ON TIME. I WAS TOLD THIS JOB WOULD ONLY TAKE ONE WEEK, INSTEAD IT TOOK A MONTH. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE WORK OR COMPANY.
