Abby Steam Cleaning

This was my second experience with Abby Steam Cleaning. I didn't think it was possible to get better service than the first time, but they really exceeded expectations. They came out within 4 hours of me calling, which was impressive. When they got there, the water heater was still leaking. They said they would come back after the plumbers replaced the heater that afternoon. They came back at 8, just like they said and removed the water and agreed to come back and clean the carpets. It was amazing how flexible they were. It was a huge relief. On top of the great service, their price was excellent. Please use this local company.

They arrived just on time and did a superb job. They pre-treated all the required areas and steam cleaned everything; excellent work! They went the extra mile to move some light furniture (I had moved most of the heavy stuff) and went right to work. Finished the job very fast and left the site but first gave me a few pointers on how to spot clean stains (use club soda, not soap-based cleaners). I will definitely recommend them. Their company description does not show it clearly, but they even cross the bridge to work in Kent Island.

I called on Tuesday and received a call back that day. They were able to come that Friday (today). 2 gentlemen arrived on time and ready to work. They have truck based equipment vs. a steam cleaner you can get at the store. I had them do about 1200 sq ft of carpet. Their price included a pre-treatment and deodorizer, which others charge extra for and their price was the best among 3 other competitors I called. I was nervous about going with an unknown company, but I would definitely go with Abby Steam Cleaning again. While I paid more than I wanted to, I gave them an A for price because they were the lowest bid out of 4 companies I called. The carpets looked great and weren't left saturated in water. They were slightly damp and dried within a few hours. The cleaning definitely brought life back into the carpets. I'd call Abby Steam Cleaning again anytime I needed my carpets steam cleaned.

They did an excellent job. They scheduled the visit shortly after I called, were on time, finished quickly, and the stairs look great. I was very pleased.

Overall I would hire them back again. I have put a reminder on my computer to call them in 6 months.
