The company was terrific, from top to bottom. The folks in the front office were responsive and nice. The workers were completely professional and did a absolutely great job. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Awesome experience. I had 2 large 40 yo trees removed plus several other smaller jobs. The company responded to my 'request a quote' from Angie's list the next morning and I received a quote within 2 days. The price quoted was very fair. The staff arrived the morning of service exactly on time and worked continuously until the job was done. I was impressed with the team, how they expertly removed a section at a time, always thinking the process through to ensure safety of all surroundings. When the job was complete, the yard was cleaner than before they started! You would never have known there were 2 trees in that location. I plan to use A-AAA Tree Service again and I would highly recommend them!!

The trees look good but the yard needed to be cleaned better

Just wanted to leave a post that we just had A-AAA Tree Service remove 3 fifty foot silver maples from our yard, including grinding all surface roots and stumps, and they were fabulous!!! Reasonable pricing, willing to work with people because they know COVID has been hard, and great communication with the office. They showed up when they said the would and immediately got to work. Cleaned up beautifully and left my yard intact (minimal truck /machinery wheel ruts). I also enjoyed how the men seemed to really have fun working together (lots of fun hollering and laughter). My neighbors, who have all taken down trees over the years, were ALL also impressed by the job completed. 100% recommend. 20 year old company... which is why their name is "A-AAA Tree Service"...so you can find them in the phonebook!!😂😂 [*** Link removed ***]

They showed up on time, listened to what I wanted, and performed a stellar job trimming and elevating my tree. Exceeded my expectations. My tree looks great!

Had some big limbs fall from tree during storm. Called A-AAA Tree Service, they came out did an estimate for that tree plus an additional tree I wanted removed from my property and tree close to house trimmed from roof line. On day scheduled, A-AAA Tree Service showed up on time, trimmed the tree close to house, removed 2 trees as well as grind stump and removed the grindings, and removed all of the fallen tree limbs, no debris left behind. Did a great job, fast and efficient. Will definitely use again.

The job went great, cleanup was quick and easy, and the cut was precise.

All went well. I think the stump grinding could have been more thorough and I had asked for some back fill (dirt) which didn't happen.

Crew arrived right on time. They confirmed with me where to park their truck and I showed them the tree that needed to be taken down. The crew worked so well together, great teamwork. And the tree was taken down quickly and efficiently. After the work was completed, they cleaned up the area so well, that they left the yard clean and pristine. I have used this company for previous tree trimming work. And they have always been responsive, and worked around my schedule. You won’t be disappointed in the quality of service. From the 1st visit for the estimate to the completion of the job, A-AAA White Marsh, MD provided golden service. My estimate was done in September, but I was advised at the time to delay pruning of my shrubs until December to ensure that there were no active bugs. I was notified of the service date and the crew showed up ready to work and worked very hard. There was a problem in trimming some shrubs because they were taller than anticipated and the crew needed a ladder. They came back as promised and completed the job. I would also like to complement the office staff for keeping me informed by email at all steps from estimate to completion of the job.

We have used A-AAA twice before and were pleased. This time went just as well. They are very professional and pleasant. The price is reasonable and their work is thorough.

Delays in the job being performed: snow caused postponing by a couple of days, which then became a week and a half since they forgot to notify the electric company which needed to turn off the electricity and drop the line. No big deal, except that since the local electric company wasn't notified, I had to spend time talking with the electric company which came on the wrong days and neither they nor I had any idea of what was going on. Also I believe I was told that the job would be in the afternoon, so I planned my day accordingly (the electricity was going to be out during the job), but in fact the job was in the morning. But perhaps I had misunderstood the time that I was told. The job of cutting the tree was performed perfectly. The stump was not removed. I was working at home during the whole tree-cutting procedure, and then all of the sudden everyone is gone. Stump still there. I find out a couple of days later that it could not be removed because they could not bring the machine into the backyard. At the time of the first visit and quote, the owner had mentioned that it might not have been possible to take the machine into the backyard due to the narrow passage in the fence. I had said that I could enlarge the passage/remove the fence if needed, as the fence is due to be re-done anyways in a few months. I guess that didn't matter. Now I'll have to take care of the huge stump myself, and it'll take months to kill it and have it rot before removal. I told the coordinator of the job to stack the wood on a specific side of the backyard. They stacked part of it there, and left all the large pieces (i.e. most of the wood) on another side. Well, this would have been not a big deal if the guy who was supposed to come split the wood ever showed up. He didn't, apparently the company didn't even contact him about the job. So I had to find someone else to do the job, in a hurry since I have the huge chunks from the trunk all over instead of on the side of the backyard where it should have been put. Turns out that since the wood is scattered all over, they will charge me extra $, and also several of the wood pieces are not cut to size, but too short, and so the wood splitter cannot be used on them (according to the guy who'll do the wood splitting, perhaps I'm being taken for a ride here, but I'm in a hurry to get my backyard back in shape), also costing extra $. For the money spent, overall the service was not worth it. In my I paid good money expecting good and seamless service; I believe I could have spent quite a bit less going for a perhaps less "reputable" company. I ended up wasting time with the local electric company, go through multiple re-schedulings, having to look for somebody to split the wood, and paying extra $ for it due to the wood not being cut to size and being scattered around the backyard. I also did not expect so much damage to the lawn due to the falling of the trunk, but perhaps that was unavoidable (or too much work to split that into smaller sections instead of dropping the large trunk all at once).

Well but what the guy sold me wasn't exactly what his workers did: close, but not exactly.

Great experience from the estimate to the very end. Everyone was easy to work with. The trees that were removed were sandwiched between two houses and removed without incident. Grinded up stumps and removed all pine needles and poison ivy. Would use them again.

These folks know their business. They were very well equipped, got the tree down safely, and did a good job cleaning up the site.

Office staff was very friendly and accommodating. Each time I needed to call them someone actually answered the phone; a rare thing these days. They fit me in quickly into their tight schedule. Jeff and his crew were on-time. They did a great job and cleaned-up the area perfectly. Jeff checked with me when they were finished to be sure I was happy with their work. (Another rare thing these days.) They all did a great job and I will definitely hire them for additional work. Thank you all. Best tree service I've had in ten years at least.
