Description of Work: Removed a very large oak tree from the back yard, trimmed several other tree around my house while doing the large tree. Cleaned up afterwards and took away anything I didn't want. They did a great job and I will use them in the future.

Description of Work: They cut down a cherry tree in our backyard. They removed the roots and then neatly racked over the area and removed all debris. the gentleman that came out for the estimate was very professional.

Description of Work: A-AAA tree service removed one large part dead mulberry tree, two dead trees that were essentially a large trunk without branches, trimmed one other tree and removed some tree branches/debris from our lot. Accidentally broke a portion of our fence during the work but they had it fixed with new boards before they left that day!

Description of Work: They trimmed giant branches to give my 21' long needle pine some inside air. They trimmed dead branches off the bottom and middle of my blue spruce to open it up. The three roof-size bushes that were planted when the house was built 60yrs ago were evened out and beautifully shaped. Small dead branches were removed from the Dogwood and lots of really high ivy growing on our entrance-way was also evened out.

Description of Work: They ground 2 large stumps and removed all chips. They did an excellent job and would certainly recommend them.

Description of Work: After I cut down a large laurel bush until only the stump was left, I hired A-AAA Tree Service to remove the stump. All the contact between me and the company was done by e-mail, which was extremely convenient for me. On the date specified, a crew came with a piece of equipment that ground down the stump in about fifteen minutes. In moving the equipment onto my property and positioning it to grind the stump, the men in the crew were very careful not to damage my lawn or the rose bushes in the garden with the stump. I am very pleased with how the whole process was carried out.

Description of Work: Got the large oak in our front yard and over our parking pad trimmed. | |It all went fine the tree looks better overall but the only thing I dinged them on was that there ended up being a significant amount of cut stuff that didn't make it to the ground when they were cutting. Much of it has come down slowly over the last 6 weeks but not all of it. I am still picking up stuff periodically. However, it is all relatively small and I'm just nitpicking.

Description of Work: Removed 4 dogwood trees, 1 magnolia and 2 large silver maples. They ground all of them and removed everything and most grindings. | |I was generally happy with the work done, but expected all of the grinding to be removed and to be able to plant grass over the spots. They only had one grinder so it ended up taking much longer and most of the crew just sat and watched. I also expected the stumps to be ground deeper to allow replanting.

Description of Work: Very large maple tree very close to the house. A-AAA came when promised. Because of the proximity to my house they could not use a crane and climbed the tree and roped the pieces down. Did a great clean-up when finished. I definitely recommend them for any tree removal .

Description of Work: Took down six trees (65-90 feet). Ground the stumps. Removed all the debris and grindings. Also pruned back a tree and removed a small tree for no extra charge. Property undamaged. Crew was polite, friendly, professional. Service was 5-star.

Description of Work: Had a number of trees cut down-some huge! I have used AAA-A a few times in the past. They have in the past been very efficient and the clean up was always great. This time there was a bit of a communication problem and the guys needed to be reminded to place covers on lawn areas so equipment wouldn't destroy existing landscaping. Also, clean up was not so good, but after speaking to Tracy, office manager someone was sent quickly to check everything out. Resulting in much improved clean-up. They are very nice to deal with and try to do their best. Ours was a big job, and there were a lot of guys working, until dark to finish up. Ultimately, everything was cleaned up to satisfaction.Normally .
