Fantastic work. The company got back to me quickly, the estimate was done quickly as well, and the removal was an extremely professional job. The tree was gone, but there was no evidence that anyone had been around my house. No messes, no branches, not even any sawdust. Couldn't believe how clean the whole job was.

Fabulous! They made a stressful situation into one that kept us awe-struck with their expertise and professionalism. They deserve an A+ across the board. Best tree company and best customer service we have ever had. VERY highly recommended.

The work took approximately 90 minutes. There was minimal damage done to the plants in the flower bed under the apple tree. They did not grind the stump as that would have caused damage to the flower bed. They removed all of the limbs and wood, and raked the lawn. I used this company about 7 or 8 years ago, and will use them again.

The foreman and crew worked hard, fast and safe. All work I paid for was completed as specified above. All brush and debris to small to be ground was raked up and removed. The foreman was very knowledgeable and the crew very skilled.

I can't speak highly enough for this company. They were punctual, very knowledgeable and so pleasant to deal wth. Apparently my situation was very dangerous so they rescheduled previous appointments and took care of me first. It's delightful to be able to hear the wind blowing and not be in fear. The property was left cleaner than they found it...every last twig was put in the chipper and hauled away.

They were absolutely the best! I've used them several times and they always do a great job! I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They are very knowledgeable and cordial.

Great! This was a totally different crew than the first time I used this company but the experience was ever bit as good. Everyone one was polite, hard working and responsive to my questions and requests.

Everything went very well. Everyone worked very hard and was very professional and experienced. You could tell they took pride in their work. All the debris was cleaned up and removed. Experience was better than we expected.

A-AAA Tree Service company is amazing! We had 9 large Leyland Cypresses removed and had them grind the stumps. The trees were infringing on our neighbor's property, including their fence. They had to remove portions of the fence to remove the trees. They cleaned up everything and actually cut wood to replace some fence damage that was already there, leaving the fence in better condition than before. The crew worked well as a team and were professional.

The company was very responsive to my initial call. Although they had to cancel several times due to rain, they communicated with me via email on a regular basis and were able to reschedule when the weather was good. They arrived on time and sent a full crew so that all of the work was done in one day. Although they accidentally broke a cable line while doing the work, they sent out a supervisor who was able to fix it that evening. I would use this tree service again.

Company was very prompt and knowledgeable about removal of trees. Crew showed up on time and worked in a timely fashion. Crew was very careful and worked efficiently without damage to property. Everyone we came into contact with from the owners to the employees were and professional and helpful. Price competitive and fair.

We were delighted with the tree trimming work in our back yard. And we were very pleased with the clean up job. My experience with this company was great...from the first phone call to the final job well done.

From the time I contacted them through Angie"s List it was a great experience. Priscilla was fantastic with her quick responses and getting the work scheduled. While I wasn't at home when the work was done, I was informed of the time they showed up and it was exactly during the time they promised! When I got home later I was so happy with what I saw done and they even cut more branches then I expected or asked for! I have already recommended A-AAA to friends and co-workers. I will definitely go back to them again when I need more work done!

These guys were great. They showed up on time and were there roughly 3 hours. No damage to property that I found. Cleaned up all work areas thoroughly, including street where they turned the wood into mulch. Would Highly recommend. Price was unbeatable. Service was great. Free estimate, and professional work completed.

These were some of the nicest business people I have ever dealt with. Because of all of the crazy weather we have had ( pouring rain, snow and high winds) the job had to be postponed numerous times. The office staff was very accommodating and responded to every email either the same day or next morning. John the owner even made a second to trip to the property to change the estimate after I decided to add something to the original one. Also, John had his crew make a special trip to remove two tree branches from my neighbors down spouts when the job had to be rescheduled once again. The crew was just as accommodating and polite as everyone else. They even arrived a bit ahead of time. This was a big job and everyone of them worked very hard all day. Arriving at 8:00 a.m. and not leaving until 5:30 p.m. Numerous pieces of equipment were used including a huge crane to raise the crew to the tops of the tallest trees and then to remove the very large trunks and gently put them in a truck. Also, they were as careful as they could be not to damage the yard. When they were finished with the cutting and trimming they did a really great job of cleaning up. At one point there was a tremendous amount branches and debris on the ground. When they were finished there was nothing! Theses guys really know what they are doing.

These people are remarkable. They showed up an hour earlier than expected with every piece of equipment they might need and a large team of men. After a brief review of the scope of work, started immediately. Within the 1st hour most of the smaller trees had been removed and mulched while working on the larger tree. Another group promptly went to work on the stump grinding. 2 very large stumps and approximately 20-25 smaller stumps were removed quickly. Those that could not be removed with the grinder were removed by hand. They were eager to please and very accommodating in all requests and went above an beyond by removing part of a fence to get to stumps that were close. No mention of an extra charge. When they left, the yard had been racked, sidewalks clean, and I couldn't even tell they had been here.

The crew arrived on time, did a magnificent job and left the area completely cleaned up. THIS WAS A DIFFICULT JOB. The large tree (the base was over seven feet in diameter) had been struck by lightening some ten years ago. With professional help the tree survived but was damaged. Finally infestation and rot caused the tree to become a danger to the house. The location at the rear of the lot, up a narrow driveway made use of a crane impossible. The team took down the tree in pieces without any damage to the house or to surrounding landscape. This was no easy task. The limbs over the house were over 18 inches in diameter. The branches coming off the main trunk were three feet in diameter. The crew made the job look routine. Equally impressive was the determination to GO THE EXTRA MILE. John, the person who made the initial estimate and the proposal, was very informative and explained how the job would be done. More impressive, he noted a few nearby trees with dangerous broken/rotten branches. He said that they were a true safety hazard and that the crew would remove those branches while they were on site, that he could not in good conscience leave a dangerous situation. There would be no additional charge. The crew had this additional work on their job sheet and not only removed the dangerous limbs but really gave the trees a good trim. The cost of this was not hidden in the original estimate. Two other estimates I received were greater than A-AAA's quote and this additional work was never discussed. I was impressed at the end of the job as the crew finished up. I saw them reviewing their work, the cleaned up stump (we kept it for some planned landscaping) and the trees they made safe and attractive. I saw their pride in the work they had done. John made a great first impression. Jose and his crew proved that first impression to be the truth. A truly professional organization. I highly recommend A-AAA.

They came, they cut, they cleaned up! I couldn't ask for better service. A-AAA showed up when they said they would to give an estimate for the tree removal. They arrived and completed the work on schedule. They left nary a splinter. I recommend them without reservation.

Excellent service in all areas! John made the initial visit to estimate work. Because of restricted access to my back yard, the removal of a huge Norwegian maple was a challenge. He surveyed the possibilities and made recommendations to remove a section of the fence in order for the tree stump grinder to get into the yard. We also discussed their elevating four other trees while they were there. A few weeks later, Nick came out to do the pre-work site survey. A few modifications were called for in terms of plant and fence removal;he also recommended that I obtain permission of the neighbors for the men to go into their yards to remove any branches that might have fallen in. (I did have to hire another company to temporarily remove 3 rhododendrums and several liriope and then return a week later after the tree work, to replant them.) Communication with Tracey in the office was smooth. She arranged for certificates of insurance to be sent to me and also to my two neighbors. She was pleasant and efficient. The crew of 4-5 men arrived on time on Friday morning. Jose was the job foreman. When he saw access to yard, he recommended that we instead enter my yard through the gated driveway of my neighbor, and remove a section of fence from her yard. This caused some flurry of excitement since it was a change of plans. Fortunately, my neighbor was home with her kids, and reluctantly agreed. She insisted that the fence had to be put back up by end of day due to her children's safety. By 1 pm, the original crew took a break, and Jose told me that he'd called the office for reinforcements due to the scale of the job. Shortly after, approximately 7-9 more men arrived! At one point, I think there were 13-15 men working on the job. I was impressed with their hard work, professionalism, and the fact that when they finished in late afternoon, they had cleaned up everything (and there were plenty of wood chips), so that you couldn't tell if they'd been there. My yard is now so much more open, and ready for landscaping. I would recommend AAA without reservation, and thank them for their superior job.
