Excellent work! They did a great job getting all of the dead wood out of the trees - very thorough. They also did a great job with cleanup. Everyone was very courteous and professional. They even rehung my birdfeeder for me. Their prices were very competitive compared to several other A-rated companies.

That went very well. They were on time and professional and did a good job. They even came back, without me even asking, to finish something they couldn't complete the first time because they needed a different tool.

These guys are fantastic. They were friendly, punctual, professional, and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. I feel that I got great service for the money that I spent. I will definitely use them in the future, and I recommend that you do, too.

The owner came out right away and have me a free estimate for this work. I just felt it was a little pricey after viewing other reviews for his company on Angie's list. He gave me two options, trim it or get rid of it. Why would I get rid of a perfectly healthy tree and spend $1000 in the process? If I needed work done in a pinch, I feel this company is very capable of dealing with big jobs. Thanks for coming out.

Excellent! They got rained out the first day. They showed up right at 8 am when they were scheduled. They were very quick and cleaned everything up when they were done.

I was trying to clear an area to build a concrete pad. I needed to have one pine tree cut down, and then have several stumps ground down to allow the pad to be poured. The company cut down the pine tree and ground off the other stumps. The only issue I had was that my wife asked how much the provider would charge to grind off another stump that was not close to where the other work was done. The provider ground off a 4th stump at no extra charge, but it was not the stump my wife wanted to have removed. That was the only issue I had.

When the owner came out to the property to look over the job before anything was done, he was friendly and took his time giving his advice on each tree, including some which he felt should be left as they were. At a later date, the owner brought out his son, a foreman-in-training, to mark the base of each tree which was to be cut down or trimmed. This step ensured that the son would already know beforehand exactly what was to be done. It's good to know the company will continue to be run by a family member who, when he eventually takes over, will be fully up-to-speed before then. The crew brought three trucks and the largest stump grinder they have and they showed up when they said they would. They worked close to twelve hours the first day, and finished up the next morning. When I pointed out particular limbs which I felt needed more work, the forman either explained to me why a limb was cut a certain way and didn't need more work or, in other cases, he made sure his men took the time to make an additional cut. Not once did he give me an argument or an attitude. The men had to eliminate certain trees which leaned out over a busy road, which was a tricky job. I'm pleased to say that they were careful enough and quick enough to avoid any problems with the passing cars and trucks, stopping traffic for only a few minutes. Also, the men cleaned up thoroughly after themselves, a plus in my book.

The service worked out very well. They were very curteous, they were running late by an hour and they called to let me know that, and they called me when they were on their way. They also cleaned up very well after themselves. I will be using them again, and I have a standing order for when I will be cutting down other trees.

Called for an estimate, A-AAA was extremely responsive and courteous. Were able to communicate by email, which is so helpful during the workday. Estimated price was best by far, of all other estimates we received. Scheduled for tree removal, appointment was scheduled immediately. Team was respective of our work schedule. Tree was removed without us being home, all debris hauled away. We are extremely happy with work performed and will recommend A-AAA to everyone.

They showed up when they were supposed to, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. The first day we had them scheduled it was windy and rainy so we ended up rescheduling. We would use them again.

We had the misfortune of a very large oak tree falling across our yard, over the street, and onto a neighbor's lawn. The street portion was cleared by BGE but the vast majority of tree remained covering a neighbor's driveway & lawn. John had just finished doing an overnight emergency job where a tree had crashed into a home but still had the professionalism to return my call promptly and make arrangements for later that weekend. He and his crew were even able to come out a bit earlier than expected and did a fantastic job clearing the area, notably on a busy winding street where they had to direct traffic as well. His crew was very polite & efficient - you wouldn't even know a massive tree had fallen if you hadn't seen the area prior. Not only was the work superb but the price was more than fair as well. This was our second time using A-AAA and we will definitely continue to use them in the future, and also to send all of our friends and neighbors thier way as well. Exemplary job from start to finish.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal purchase that I made. They did the service on the 31st of May. We arranged it prior to that but they actually did the service on the 31st of May. The reason I purchased the big deal in the first place was mostly to get introduction to the company and I knew when they came out that we will be doing additional work. They were wonderful. They seemed to be very honest, they seemed like they went above and beyond, they probably did more than what they charged me for and they were very willing to take on little extra items here and there, and made sure that the job was complete. I will absolutely use them again in the future, actually I already plan to.

It is one thing to find a company that offers a good price for good work - it's another to find one that offers both plus great customer service. But, that is exactly what we found with A-AAA. We had noticed some rotting wood on our very large tree in the backyard and due to the proximity to the house, I started to arrange some estimates. A-AAA was the first company that came over and I met with John. He was so friendly and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately he said that they tree was past saving. He gave me some other recommendations and also suggestions on other things in the yard. I met with a couple other providers to get quotes (who agreed that it needed to be removed) and not only were they not as welcoming and friendly as John, but they cost more. I then dealt with Tracy in the office and she was also so friendly and helpful and very quick at responding. I met with John on Friday and they came yesterday (Tues) and did all the work! It involved a craine and lots of work. Craig was the leader in the morning and he was here early to meet with us before work and walk the property and then Derek was here at the end of the day to do the same. Both of them were also so nice and took the time to explain what they were going to do or did, answer questions we had and make some other general recommendations (i.e. soil by trees, etc). Their crew did a wonderful job with debris clean up and removal. Unfortuntaly we still have some indentations in the front yard and some of the grass got pulled up even with them using their plastic mats... but we knew that there was a chance for this since a craine was needed. There was a small wooden retainer in the back that was damaged, and they were out today and replaced it for us already! We were upset at not only the unexpected cost (with whoever we went with) and losing a beloved tree, but A-AAA made the entire experience so much better and we were so happy with their service (customer service and tree service).

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were exceptional, not good. They far exceeded every expectation. They did such a great job on my house that my neighbor came out and they ended up doing his yard as well. I spent more than the deal because I had them do a lot of work. Even with the additional work, it was still the lowest price I'd gotten from any contractor. They were very knowledgeable and extremely polite. They were a pleasure to work with. Their pricing was excellent. I would absolutely use them again.

The company is very professional. The price was reasonable and they performed the work exactly when they said they would. The only thing that went wrong was that a limb from the downed tree hit acrylic paneling on my porch roof and cracked a panel. The company immediately agreed to fix the roof and spent a good deal of time looking for a replacement panel. I finally found one in my basement and they immediately came out and repaired the roof. It is of course ideal if there was no mishap, but the way they responded said a lot about the company to me. I would definitely use and recommend them again.

I could not be more pleased with the work, professionalism, and cleanliness of the job completed. They took no shortcuts and cared that we were satisfied with their service and the property after they finished. I recommend them wholeheartedly.The office staff, the crews, and the cost made them a great value for any homeowner!

The guy doing the estimate showed up on time. He explained everything in a way that I could understand what would be done. The estimate he gave me for cutting back the trees was less than I thought it would be, so I decided to have the other work done also. I did not expect them to be back for a few weeks. But I got a return call within days. I confirmed with the office what was to be done and the price. I was going to do credit card but since a check would be better, I moved some of my bills around in order to pay by check. I felt since they did the work promptly, they should be paid promptly. They did the work exactly as they described. I could not be there because that is a short staff day at work.

Overall it took awhile for the project but that was not their fault - the poor weather this Spring really made it diffcult. Unfortunately neither I nor my wife were home the day the work was done, but they arrived as I was leaving for work and I went over the job and gave the foreman my card to call with any questions and they were still there finishing up when I got home about 7:30 that night. They also performed some work for my next door neighbor while they were there.

All communications were handled via e-mail promptly and courteously. John arrived at the schedule time to look at the work to be done and to provide an estimate. I was very pleasantly surprised by the estimate as I had previously received a much higher estimate from another company for the same work. Based on the estimate and Angie's List reviews, I agreed to have A-AAA Tree Service do the work which was scheduled via e-mail for the following week. The crew arrived in the afternoon as promised and performed all requested tasks efficiently and quickly - in less than one hour. Some of the trees were very close to existing structures (fence & deck) and they were able to remove the trees without doing any damage. They also did an excellent job cleaning up the property before they left. The crew were very professional and courteous and asked me to review what they had done before they left to make sure I was satisfied. I am very pleased with the work A-AAA Tree Service performed for me and will definitely use them again in the future when needed.
