They went above and beyond. The trees were removed quickly and the yard was cleaned up. I would highly recommend this tree service.

It went great and I was very happy with it. The sizes varied greatly, and AAA wasn't easily able to get to the ones I needed with their equipment, so they had several workers come out to do it manually. They actually had to remove a fence to get access to the trees, and they repaired it perfectly. They left the yard clean and I just can't say enough good things about them! They're not cheap, but the job they do is superior. We've had others come out to remove trees and they left a mess. Not AAA! They actually trimmed a bush along our driveway without charging us just because we needed it!

The crew from A-AAA did a tremendous job removing several very large trees from our Towson home, as well as trimming and cleaning up others. They were very professional and hard working. And totally cleaned up the area, where the only reminder is now several cords of wood to be split. We recommend them very highly!

This is my second time using vendor and will continue using them in the future!!!!

We have 2 trees that needed to be taken care of. We finally had it done this fall. They did an excellent job. The tree in front was covered in ivy they were able to take the ivy off, took off the dead branches and then trimmed the branches away from the house. They also did the same thing for the tree in the back. We also had them do some additional work too. It was nice that this company was able to honor the Big Deal that we purchased from last year. They were amazing, they put tarps down in my yard and my patio- the debirs was all gone and they really cleaned up so well, you couldn’t even tell they were here. All of this work was done in about 2 hours and they came with a huge crew. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

A-AAA did a really outstanding job. First, they worked with me on scheduling around some challenging winter weather. Once on the job site, they performed very professionally. The precision with which they dropped pieces of trees (and whole trees) was amazing. Every drop was carefully controlled and fell without causing any collateral damage to surrounding shrubs, bushes, service wires, or structures. Clean up was flawless. Communication throughout the process was great. I would not hesitate to use them again ans would absolutely recommend them for any tree work.

A AAA Tree Service was great. I left a message to inquire about services, and my call was returned very quickly. Tracy even called in the evening time, I was impressed she was working so late. John did the estimate right away and the price was very reasonable. We needed 4 trees that were close to the outbuilding and house removed for insurance reasons and Tracy was very helpful getting us the contract we needed right away so we could get the insurance. John also noticed a few other areas in the yard that needed work and brought them to our attention and added them in. They were able to do the job quickly and it went very well. They removed the trees, left lots of wood for firewood, and ground out the stumps. They had 4 workers for the job and they worked very fast. I was impressed with their skill and how they were climbing the trees. They left a little bit more of stump grindings behind from one tree than I would have liked, but in the rest of the areas, everything was nice and clean. They used a leaf blower to get everything cleaned up. It looks like a new building now that the trees are gone. It was a great job. I would recommend them to anyone, and I would definitely use them again.

They performed the work as negotiated, and did a good job of it. Worked fast and hard, and did an amazing amount of work in a single day.

I originally called to inquire about tree service. My call was returned within a few hours. Tracy was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I scheduled an appt. for a representative to come to my address and provide an estimate. John arrived on time - he is a very nice and personable fellow. He was patient and thorough in explaining what work was needed and how he would proceed. His estimate was very fair and I accepted the offer on the spot. Tracy called the next day, thanked me for my business, and offered several time spots to accomplish the work. I made the appt. for a Tuesday morning. The crew arrived on time with a large bucket truck and a chipper machine and truck. Derrick was the crew chief and he, along with his crew, were just as nice as Tracy & John were - he explained how he planned to accomplish the job. After Derrick maneuvered his bucket truck into my driveway, I left for work. I returned home after they had left. What a wonderful difference the limb removal made !! All limbs that were menacing my driveway and overhanging my roof were gone, and the trees were shaped and looked much more attractive than before. The amount of newly found brightness was amazing !! They left my yard cleaner and more picked up than it was before they arrived - even swept the driveway !! I truely appreciate their attention to the job and such a pleasant disposition and positive attitude !!! The job was done while I was at work. I had requested that they check with my neighbor since my Magnolia tree impinges on her property. She was very pleased that they consulted with her and the trees looked great when I got home. Would definitely use this company again.

The many workers were very polite. The foremen were very responsive when I went to speak with them. The owner is a certified arborist and I learned much from him. A-AAA has won many awards and I understand why. A very positive experience from first contact to thorough yard clean up. I would never ever use any other company in the future.,

Provider was behind in scheduling due to rain so they sent a small crew to start tree removal. Full crew showed up after several hours. Tree was removed and crew cleaned the debris. However several large divots were left in yard where the trunk hit the ground requiring bags of top soil to fill. I have had other large trees removed and not had the damage. They also pulled cable and phone lines off of the back of the house with a backhoe. They seemed to be careless due to being in a hurry.

The entire process with A-AAA Tree Service was smooth and simple. I locked into a big deal not knowing how much the tree removal would be and had hoped to have a couple of unruly evergreen shrubs removed. I was contacted the same evening by Tracy who was extremely nice and set up a time for John to visit my home to write up a proposal for the desired work to be performed. I was emailed the proposal the next day and was thrilled to discover the value of the big deal covered not only the unsightly tree but the awful evergreens in front and shrubs in the back. The removal was completed a week later and my yard was like John and his team were never even there, the clean up was fantastic. There was not any debris or shrub bits left behind, only some wood chips to fill in where the tree and front shrubs once were. I am extremely pleased with the professional communication in setting up the appointment, proposal and follow-up after completion of the service. The work provided was outstanding and fair, even without the big deal. I highly recommend A-AAA Tree Service and keep them in my contact list-just in case.

After scheduling a time on a Saturday I received a call stating that they had a climber call out sick and had to reschedule. They ended up coming out and clearing the tree but could not get the stump grinder in to remove the stumps as promised. They discounted the fee by 10% because of this, but one of the key reasons I went with their offer was because it included the stump removal. After reaching back out to them and providing them feedback I was provided information on how to possibly get the stump to biodegrade on its own and also options as far as removing the fence post which was the problem for the grinder to get in. As it was a key post in the fence this was not really an option at this time. Overall they are very helpful and competent... just a little tardy.

It turned out okay, but to me the price was a little steep. I used them a few years ago, but I'm concerned about the leaning of the tree. I don't think it was explained to me as well as I would've liked, with more explanation of what they could do with this leaning tree. The big branch that was leaning on the other person's property I thought they should've left there, but we didn't discuss it. They're a good company and they work with you in terms of finance. They don't harass you and they stand by their word. They're very truthful and upfront, which I appreciate, but the person that owns the company wasn't the person that looked at the tree. I would use them again, but it was a learning experience for me because I will have a little more knowledge about what's possible and what's not. I would know more about expectations. It's like buying a house for the first time where there's certain things you should know and certain questions you should ask, but if you don't ask you might not get what you want. The communication was just not as good as I would've liked. He should've said that there was nothing they could do about the leaning of the tree and if they cut that branch off it's going to look like it's leaning more, but we didn't have that conversation. They're not a bad company and I did use them before I even saw them on Angie's List. They're really a company of integrity.

I used A-AAA Tree Service to remove a very large oak tree and another tree that was very close to my swimming pool. I sent multiple requests/questions via e-mail and I always received a quick response. The crew arrived at the time I was told they?d arrive and they quickly assessed what they had to do and the obstacles they had. They used a crane to remove both trees (that was very interesting to watch). They laid down large rubber mats with treads on them so that the crane could come across my front lawn ? no damage to my grass!! When the job was done, they cleaned up the area very well (you almost couldn't tell any work had been done). The cost to have these 2 trees taken down was initially a little shocking to me as I had received another estimate which was @$700 less but that company wasn?t going to use a crane. Without using a crane, there is no way this job would have been done in one day. Initially I was concerned that the cost of the crane is what made the cost so high but it was explained to me that it was actually cheaper and safer. After watching the crew work on the very large oak, I'm grateful they used the crane. I will definitely use A-AAA Tree Service for any other tree services I need. The original cost was $2,500.00 but there was a 5% off coupon for Angie's List members.

They were amazing. He somehow made my previously dying Japanese maple tree bloom by waving his hand over it - it was unbelievable. They are genuinely nice people.
