St. Michaels Kitchen and Bath

St. Michael's Kitchen and Bath is an excellent partner. They helped me through the process and spent time with me to make a decision and be comfortable with my decision. To aid me through the process they provided me a lot of input on what could work best for me and the space I wanted to refurbish. I'd definitely work with St. Michael's Kitchen and Bath again!

We live in St Michaels and have stopped in your shop 3 separate times while remodeling our kitchen. First two times in hopes of getting an estimate for quartzite countertops. The service when you walk in is non existent. We ended up getting them in Easton. My husband and I like to support local businesses, so we stopped in again today to order kitchen hardware, the selection was amazing, however, when we walked in the woman sitting at her desk in the rear of the store looked up at us and did not say a word or move from her desk the entire 15 minutes we were there. We took pictures of the hardware we liked and we will be ordering it elsewhere. How do you expect to stay in business with customer service like that. I just read your response and I am sorry to tell you that she knew we were there. Looked right at us.

As a resident of St. Michaels we wanted to support local small businesses in the area, and were really glad we did. The variety of product choices offered and samples to view on site is pretty good for such a small storefront area. I am so happy with my enlarged pantry cabinet! Who would have thought my new favorite things in the kitchen would be a trash drawer, and a pantry cabinet! You can't beat the personalized customer service Nadir and his team provided! The team was there from planning steps, to delivery truck, to installation checks, and even personally delivered items to the house. He ensured a cabinet face that had a paint bubble in it was replaced by Woodland quickly and at no charge. The team really has excellent follow-up. Would recommend to anyone.

We found the perfect custom vanity while we were spending the day in St. Michaels, Maryland. We happened into St. Michaels Kitchen and Bath (with our dog) and the sales person and other customers were so nice and helpful. We live in Pittsburgh and John worked with us to order and deliver the perfect vanity for our bathroom remodel. John was so helpful and kind. We could not be happier with the quality and workmanship of the vanity or with John's customer service. We highly recommend St. Michaels Kitchen and Bath and John! We are looking forward to our next trip through St. Michaels so we can stop into this one of kind shop. THANK YOU!
