It went great. This is the second time I have used this company. Bill was extremely nice and helpful in arranging the service. Warren and Caleb arrived right on time. They did an absolutely wonderful job. They were extremely considerate and wanted to make sure I was happy with their work. I was, and will absolutely use this company again.

EXCELLENT CLEANING OF A CARPET THAT WAS BADLY STAINED IN DINING AREA.

It went great! Bill and Dan arrived and immediately started the cleaning. They were diligent and I believe did a really good job. They cared about the dog and cat and the carpets dried really quickly.. Good job!

Excellent work. We've used Terrapin Chemdry several times over the last couple of years. Bill and Dan do excellent work. We had just finished some construction and the carpets needed to be cleaned. They did an excellent job like they always do.

Terrapin Chem-Dry is one of the best companies I have worked with! I scheduled an appointment with Bill on the phone. He provided an estimate. On the day of the appointment, Bill and Dan came promptly at the agreed time. They did a walk-through and provided me with a final price which was exactly the same as the estimate. They completed the job at high standard. I would definitely go back to Terrapin Chem-Dry in the future and recommend them to all my friends and family without hesitation.

LOVE THIS COMPANY! Previously had used a company that advertises a group photo of their many young sons and they were and quot;okand quot;. When I started looking for another ChemDry cleaning company, came across Terrapin ChemDry. They came out and far exceeded my expectations and my experience with the previous company. My 10 year carpets looked NEW. They did all the moving of furniture. So, when I needed carpet cleaning again, called them. They quickly gave me an appointment. They were PUNCTUAL! They were entirely professional and thorough. Let me mention that my home has an interior staircase with the 1980's and quot;open stairsand quot; where there are no risers and you see between each stair. Those stairs are tedious, but Terrapin Chem Dry took it all in stride. They cleaned living room, dining room, four sections of stairs and two landings, plus a family room for $240.00, INCLUDING stain protection. They worked very quickly and were done in under two hours. The carpeting they cleaned looks NEW again! This company makes it EASY-PEASY to keep your home clean.

The upholstery cleaning was a total bust. They were not able to get the sofa and loveseat clean, and it actually looked worse after cleaning. They are refunding the cost but are not attempting a second clean.
