They responded quickly and were very nice but they never came out like they were supposed to.

They do good work, but they are more interested in doing big job. However, when they come out, they do very good work. They are very neat in what they do and they clean up after themselves. They are very honest and upfront with you.

Basically, Mr. Russo saved our entire construction project!! This is along overdue total rave review. The entire first floor of our house was on a very uneven concrete slab and we planned to redo our kitchen and powder room and redo all the floors on that level. Our kitchen contractor brought in a flooring company that he had worked with previously to level our concrete slab and install flooring. Unfortunately, the concrete sub-contractor they used was incompetent and very quickly our new concrete floor failed and started to turn to sand. It was horrible. We checked Angie's List and were so fortunate to find Mr. Russo to repour the concrete base. His bid was comparable to others and he was so much more professional and organized. His crew came in right on schedule, sealed off the whole area in plastic to protect other rooms, set up huge fans, and managed to remove 700 sq. feet of concrete/powder with almost no dust anywhere! He explained everything they were going to do and volunteered to work with our new wood flooring company to ensure that everything would be perfect. Our new floor is level and it looks amazing thanks to the excellent concrete base that Mr. Russo provided. Mr. Russo's staff showed up exactly as promised, were polite and efficient, and did a wonderful job. We are SO grateful to have found him and could not recommend him more highly!!

Mr. Russo and his crew are excellent! Mr. Russo is very organized, professional, reliable and talented. His men are devoted to John and are craftmen. This is one company that you can trust to provide a quality reliable work product on time and within budget. Mr. Russo is currently designing and costing out a stamped concrete patio to replace our failing paver patio. We look forward to working with him on the patio and future home remodeling needs.

We've dealt with John on several occasions. The first time was for repair of the concrete on our front steps. We were very pleased with the results. I've always dealt directly with John, who is very responsive to my calls. He listens carefully to what we want done, offers suggestions, and is there to do the work on time and at the price he quotes. We will continue to make John the first person we call for any future needs home improvement needs.

Job went very well. The workers were pleasant, polite, and hard working. The job was completed in about 2 weeks from start to finish. John Russo and the workers were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. We were very pleased with the job.

I would recommend them to anyone. We have had a great experience with them.

They cleaned up quite well. They were as careful as they could be, and they had ventilation fans to blow dirty air out of the basement. They were clean as well.

They came out and inspected everything for me, and gave me some great suggestions that ended up saving me a lot of money. They did everything right away, and I would recommend them to anybody.

Everything was perfect. They showed up as scheduled to look at the project, gave us a proposal, and scheduled the work to be done. They arrived on time, got the job done quicker than we expected, and were very clean. The work area was cleaned up very nicely and they took away all their trash and debris.

They have done some really good work for me and they are excellent. They do a lot of work in this area and they have signs all over the place. They responded very quickly and they gave a very good price. They were very clean. There was a small thing I didn't like and they came back the next day and fixed it. I would recommend them. They are very honest, very fast and very good. They are really, really, really good. I will use them again.
