It went well. It was done on time. It seems to have worked.
Description of Work: They adjusted the grade at the rear foundation of the house. They also installed some french drains.

Negatively.
Description of Work: After several months of meetings onsite and working through the bidding process for a 20K retaining wall, he dropped me after I questioned why he needed to delay his start by a week. He said he would rather return my deposit and that he heard that I was " above and beyond with being detail oriented." He promptly returned my deposit. When I found another contractor, he complained to that contractor that he should not be doing the work. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend working with this company.

They gave us an excellent estimate and followed what we wanted. The results are great and not one thing on the job was lacking. We will look into this company again in the future.

THE COMPANY WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT, REASONABLE IN PRICING, AND ON TIME. I WAS EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND HOW QUICK THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. I WILL USE THEIR SERVICES IN THE FUTURE.
