+ 0 moreI called to set up an estimate and he rushed me through the conversation, and said that he would get back to me to set up an appointment, and he never called back. Was not polite or professional in fact he answered the phone with "Hello" and was agitated that I asked to confirm if I had reached Lost Art Wall Covering - I was simply making sure that I reached the business, as businesses typically answer calls with their business name not "hello". I never called back as it wasn't a good start and 1st impressions are still everything to the consumer - if you are unprofessional at the start then I don't want you in my home.
