+ -1 moreI not only hired this young man one time, but three different times for 3 different houses. Austin Callahan showed up on time, inspected the houses completely from the roofs to the basements. He also inspected the outside of the houses both front and back. The report he emailed me was complete including pictures of the areas he found fault with. He also conducted both radon and termite inspection as well. I was very impressed with this young man, he is honest and I highly recommend him.

+ -1 morePerfect. Inspection was completed and very detailed. The seller of our home was selling as is. But Found problems with the deck which resulted in the seller relaxing the deck. Even though seeker said they were not going to compete any repairs.
