They explained every step in the abatement and had the proper insurance and certification to assure the job would be completed within code. When ever you have someone to do work, have someone to oversee the contractor and the job that is being done. The person Tom was very manageable and polite and the employees did follow instruction.

Wow...July rains in Maryland 2018. If you live here youll remember them. My basement sump pump just couldnt keep up. it was almost inpossible to get a remediation company in 24hours. A1 called me the next morning and were at my house in 5 hours. (Average waiting time was 3 days). They gutted out my entire basement and had fans up while they worked single handedly with my home insurance and i mean single handedly. They walked me through the entire process and also recommended a company to get my basement back together. Family owned Christian business who are worth hiring for sure.
