Prior to the removal I specifically asked that they pay special attention to the freezer because it was full and I didn't want any spoilage. The owner and his guaranteed its safety however when I returned home after completion and the appropriate time the freezer was not on and all the food spoiled. The owner and his son came over to inspect the problem (confirmed their error) and to inventory the food. They both promised reimbursement to me once receipts were submitted. I have replaced 3/4 of the food, submitted the receipts, and have left messages for John and Travis but have yet to hear from either nor receive any payment. This dates back to August of 2016. I'm hoping to have this resolved asap and might not even bother with replacing the remaining food.

Great experience despite the circumstances. We had asbestos removed - Tom was very kind, took time to explain about asbestos to me, and when I panicked about asbestos again, he took time to talk to me and calm me down. Job was done quickly and thoroughly for a very reasonable price.

Poor customer service, unable to communicate with their office about project issues. They promise several time to send documents but haven't delivered to date.

Very prompt response to my request. Removal staff was right on time and did a thorough job of removal and cleanup.

Everything was fine. Everything was resolved quickly. I called "Mary,"(if I'm not mistaken) in the office and somebody was out the next morning to look into it. They were quick, they were always available when I called. They took care of everything.
