Dave came out to see the walk in a very timely manner. The work was scheduled without delay. They had to wait for the rain to stop. The job went very well. Workers were professional, and very neat. The work was done in a timely manner.

Great! Everything was done in a timely manner and looks outstanding. Dave made suggestions and gave ideas that really helped in my decisions. I would definitely use this company's services again if needed.

Beware! Outdoor Advantage wasted six weeks of my time and eventually went back on their word. They came to our property to discuss the drainage work, said it was in-scope for their expertise, confirmed we lived in an area they service, and provided a quote. Then when I said we were ready to pay a deposit and schedule the work they tried to strong arm us into adding on a walkway project we had only discussed as a potential, and which hadn't even been discussed when they provided the original estimate for the drainage. It's pretty clear, they wanted to squeeze more money out of us: the walkway would be $4000, the drainage $3000. Totally unprofessional to go back on your word and waste a would-be customer's time.

End result is great. Looks so much better and now the steps meet code.

Went really well. Had Outdoor Advantage out last year for stage one which was not enough to stop my basement from flooding. We under estimated water flow and with flash floods, just didn't do enough to move water. When they came out this year, I had clear ideas on what would help and what my budget was and Tom created something that was not only within my budget but a little under. After looking at options I actually upgraded some of their work. For a little extra it seems to have completely taken care of drainage. They planted, re-routed downspouts and built my walkway up a little to move water away. I would absolutely have them back. They're local, honest and do what they say.

It went well, considering my usual landscaper was not available and Outdoor Advantage stepped in, helping me get my place back to normal. Good work at a competitive price. I would recommend them to others.

I could not be happier than I am with this company. We had a downspout issue and lost soil near the foundation of the house. Outdoor advantage cam and filled and graded soil near the foundation around the house and replaced the underground system from two downspouts. Two days later we had a huge rainstorm. No leak! Pop-up worked perfectly. The workers were on time and completed the job professionally (including cleaning up afterwards). More importantly, they sent around a manager to make sure the job was done correctly on the same day. He thought the pop-up could be installed a different angle and had the crew re-work the last several feet of the job. This was a nice touch. We found their professionalism and attention to detail important and appreciated. They may not be the lowest bid you receive, but you will not find a better company to do business with.

The Outdoor Advantage did a great job. I received several compliments from my neighbors. Very professional, everything went smoothly, I appreciated receiving the follow-up from Tom wanting to know if I was happy with the work done. Also the price was reasonable for the amount of work that was needed.

Dave showed up on time for the scheduled appointment. He listened to what we were looking for and also offered advice to help put the project all together. The Outdoor Advantage was the only company that gave a detailed breakdown quote for what was going to be done. This better helped us understand exactly what the money was going to cover. They also did a good job of communicating project progress and after care requirements. The project had one hiccup and this was resolved in a timely manner.

I was surprised they showed up the next day after I signed the agreement the previous day without informing me. Good thing I didnt have any prior commitments. Dave the owner was pleasant and so was the office with Shizuka. The guys who did the work was very good. The overall work was good except the lawn was covered in so much stump shards. I thoight they could have done better. I have to free up some grass underneath and salvage some lawn space.

The Outdoor Advantage team did an awesome job on yard. The bed cuts look great and the mulch was perfectly laid. The also did an awesome job on removing the pesky wood trees! It’s hard to believe all the weeds are gone in the beds and our stone patio.

Dave came out and gave me an estimate on everything that needed to be done. The estimate came out to be a bit more pricey that I had hoped, but Dave worked with me to do 1 area that was just a total mess. Dave's crew came out and demoed the disaster area that was in the back of my yard, and then Dave told me what I should be spraying back there so that it won't come back. Very happy with the work they did and Dave was professional and personable. I just wish I could afford more of their work.

They did a terrific job. Our side garden was overrun with fast growing bamboo-like plants and they cleared them all out(pulling out by the roots, not just cutting them). They even went the extra mile in re-stacking the river rock around the bottom of our shed in the backyard so it looks really nice and orderly. We have the largest yard area on our street, so it was a great deal of work.

The Outdoor Advantage was prompt, efficient, personable, and bundled all the work together into a fair price. We had a multitude of work completed including new plantings, edging and mulching, sod placement, tree pruning, etc. They didn’t completely clean up and end the job until we were 100% satisfied. We will absolutely use them again!

Job went well and as expected. We also have a patio they did 2 years ago that has been great.

TOA installed Techo-Bloc patios in our front and back yards last summer. We are happy with the work and love the additions to our outdoor living space(s).

If you hire Outdoor Advantage, you will not be disappointed. The landscapers are courteous, professional, and prompt. It is nothing more beautiful than a manicured front lawn and garden. I am always pleased with the work performed by Outdoor Advantage.

The crew did a great job, weeding, cleaning, trimming back trees and bushes. They suggested some options that we hadn't considered, such as raising the canopy in a row of evergreens on a side fence. It looks wonderful–and our dogs can't hide back there anymore.

because it was a safety issue he did the repair quickly. did a really good job. price was high for my budget but it was quality work so, in the end, was worth it.

Part of my yard fence went down during a wind storm. Repair included rebuilding the damaged portion and replacing fence poles and damaged boards in other part of the fence, the old wood still in good condition was used to rebuild/repair the fence.

Yard looks great! It was a big job, with a lot of clean-up involved, and it looks wonderful! They did everything in a timely and professional manner. We will definitely have them back in the spring to do more landscaping.

This was a large project and Outdoor Advantage did a great job. They did all they were asked to do and more ( some extras cleanup and haul away). They were prompt and polite. I'll definitely use them again.
