 + -1 moreMy husband and I are first-time home owners with little to know experience in landscaping projects. The crew at Natural Concerns came out to the house, gave us a plan for great looking and low maintenance options within our budget. They completed the job in a timely and efficient manner, explaining the process along the way. After everything was installed, I had some lingering questions about maintenance and Luke went out of his way (three days after a surgery!) to come back to our house and walk me through everything. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be working with Natural Concerns again.

Description of Work: Natural Concern came recommended by another contractor because of the nature of our repair. Natural Concern removed and rebuilt a large and long retaining wall. The work was quite extensive and required major equipment. In addition, they built a blue stone patio off of our deck. While the work took several weeks, the end result was exceptional. Our yard was torn up considerably, but the grading and seeding they did afterward turned out beautiful.

 + -1 moreThese guys are GREAT! My lawn tractor went down after 21 years of faithful service and I needed someone to cut the grass while it was in the shop. Natural Concerns does a lawn around the corner from me and a flagged them down early one morning to inquire about their services. They stopped by after the finished that lawn and gave me a quote - and then proceed to cut the lawn - right there on the spot. They have been great work with. Very professional and accommodating. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

 + -1 moreThese guys are true professionals. They are extremely polite and very had workers. They know exactly what they are doing and come prepared to get the job done. This project was custom tailored to our backyard. Luke did the assessment and is very responsive if you have any questions. We opted to have the work done in February because they offered a winter discount. Tony headed up the work crew and even with all the snow managed to keep the project moving forward. We expect this wall to be around for the next several decades. After the wall was finished, we had the crew come back and do some masonry repair to our front walkway. Looks amazing!
Description of Work: Removed existing wood retaining wall and built a new 2-tier wood retaining wall with steps in the same location. New wall had special drainage to keep the wall stable plus the lower tier has a long garden space which is very easy for planting flowers, shrubs and vegetables.

 + -1 moreOutstanding - great people, super responsive. Have now decided to hire them for on-going maintenance as well. They were definitely more expensive than the other proposal I received, but well worth it. You get what you pay for!

 + -1 moreNatural Concerns met with me and went over their capabilities, their style, and my concerns. They made some recommendations and gave me a quote for more extensive design work. They were very upfront about the cost and recommended a couple of landscapers closer to my home that would be able to do good work but wouldn't have to charge so much for travel. Their staff was courteous, professional, and very responsive.
