A great experience !!! Our basement carpet was badly stained and had not been cleaned in 17 years. Shawn came out first to look at it and described in detail how he would approach it. We scheduled a time for the cleaning. Shawn was on time and worked for several hours on the cleaning. After a few days he returned to address a few stains that had resurfaced as the carpet dried. The final result exceeded our expectations! All the stains were completely removed. We were afraid we were going to have to replace the carpet. Thanks to Shawn's experience and hard work our carpet looks like new. He saved us a lot of time and money. He was always on-time, professional, and considerate of our home.

They were very well equipped, having very modern equipment. He washed the rug and the rug remained spotted on the traffic area. I called him and he said that if I wanted my check back he would give it to me, but I said I really wanted a clean rug. He came back out and cleaned the rug again, but it remained spotted. I called him a third time and we scheduled a third cleaning, but he never showed up. He was nice and knowledgeable, but I didn't get good quality work.

He took all the parts off the dryer and put them back on. He did some basic maintenance and the dryer doesn’t work any better than before. They are trying to charge me more to come back out.
