Last week Todd and his team replaced my HVAC system with a new system. Working with Todd went extremely well from the initial contact to the installation. Todd and his team removed the old system and installed the new system in a couple of hours. They are very professional, knowledgeable and great to work with. Todd also returns calls very quickly so make sure you leave a message if he is busy and doesn't answer the phone right away. Very highly recommended.

It was seem less from beginning to end. Northern is neat, clean and answered all questions and concerns I had. They helped me through something I new nothing about. I would recommend to family and friends . I can call anytime with concerns .

From the beginning I experienced professional, courteous and compassionate service. We were without a/c for 3 wks (through no fault of his own) & Todd did everything he possibly could to expedite the process for us. The day of installation he & his team worked quietly & quickly. I'm absolutely delighted with Todd and Northern Air. As a recent widow I struggle to keep up with home maintenance and repairs and have been "taken" by another HVAC company. From the moment I spoke with Todd I knew he and his company were different. I had a same-day appointment within minutes of my call. Todd was extremely professional and friendly. He took his time to diagnose multiple issues with my system and welcomed my calls with questions later. When additional issues arose he immediately came back and fixed those as well. When his tests revealed that a major component of my system is showing signs of age, he did not try to immediately sell me a replacement but rather explained that I'll be able to get a few more years out of it but should be prepared to replace it when it fails. I will certainly call Todd and Northern Air for that and for any other issues that arise with my HVAC system. It's great to find a trustworthy, professional, friendly service provider! I was definitely treated like family and will recommend this company as much as possible.

Northern Air took care of my heat pump in a very timely manner and was very professional. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

The owner of the company came to our property because our air conditioner wasn’t working. He added 8 pounds of Freon to the unit, which leaked out within 24 hours. We called and he returned but he wouldn’t go in the attic to repair the unit because he said he is afraid of heights. Another company had to come out and fix the evaporator coil and 8 more pounds of Freon. Northern Air told us they would reimburse us for the Freon, but they never have and won’t give us the courtesy of even returning our calls. It’s really disappointing because he took 700 dollars from us.

Todd was very professional, prompt and very clean. I would recommend Northern Air to my family, friends and neighbors. He didn’t even mind if I called with questions.

The original Heat pump expired 2/12/19 Tuesday morning and of course the weather was bad.Sleet most of the day and with that the power was on and off most of the night.I called Tuesday and spoke with Todd (owner) and explained what was going on.He was able to accommodate our no heat emergency and the next day he came and replaced the complete system in a timely and very professional way. I would not hesitate to recommend Todd and his company Northern Air Heating and Cooling to anyone looking for any hvac installations and or services.

They were extremely responsive to texts and emails and answered all of my questions with ease. My AC went out on one of the hottest day of the year, I called Northern Air and they squeezed me on their service list that day. The owner came out himself. Poor guy had to get up in my attic that must have been 300 degrees but he got my AC up and running! He replaced my thermostat at my request and didn’t charge me for the extra time. I would definitely call and recommend them again!

Called Northen Air Heating and Coooling because my other heat pump went out, it was the first of the cold season hitting and the temps were dropping. I wasn’t sure if I could get anyone to come out because I was sure people were calling for service to make sure their furnaces were working and all. Since this was my second time of calling them, I wasn’t sure if they could get me on the service list. But I called. They said sure we can get you on the list today! They asked if I had other heat source to keep me warm until then, though I indicated I did have a wood stove in the basement to help keep the chill off, they told me not to worry they would be there to help. Sure enough they were at my door within hours. Got my heat pump back up and running in no time! Glad to have Northen Air & Heating as a trusted and time worthy company at a phone call away!!
