We are so glad we had Mace Energy Supply do the annual maintenance on our Harmon Pellet stove! The owner of Mace Energy Supply is NFI certified and the guys who worked on our stoves have been trained by the Harmon Stoves company. They were very knowledgeable about some of the issues we had. They explained the problem to us and resolved of the issue, and did the maintenance. They did their work efficiently. The fee was only slightly higher than the unsatisfactory service we had been using. We will be using Mace Energy from now on.

My stove stopped working a few days before Christmas during this cold 2014/15 winter. None of the dealers in my area was answering the phone, or available or even qualified to repair the stove under warranty. I called Mace Energy and they answered right away. It was immediately clear that I was talking to the right people. They knew all about my stove and were able to provide some initial advice over the phone. When that didn't work, they sent a crew to my house over 60 miles away (out of their normal service area) on December 24th, Christmas Eve, and were able to fix my problem. The arrived on time, knew their stuff and fixed my stove issues. We had a warm fire for Christmas Eve and for the rest of the winter! I am not of the Christian religion :) However, I can very much appreciate the effort and the spirit these guys showed to get us up and running that night. I am very grateful for that. They came to my rescue when I needed it the most and no one else was willing. What else is there to say? How much is that worth in $$? Just to compare - some of the large dealers I called in December this year called me up to 30 days later!!! I keep using them as a source of information and service for my stove and will recommend them to anyone. They are always nice and knowledgeable on the phone. Keep up the great work guys!

We converted an existing fireplace to natural gas. We had talked to L.T Rush and nearly committed to them BUT there were some questions in our minds about them. We found Mace Energy Supply through an ad. They are some 25 miles from our residence but we ascertained that they would service our area. The rep - Louis Tweed - was very helpful and the info he gave us was significantly more thorough that we had gotten elsewhere. We agreed that the chimney should be cleaned and then Mace would cap and seal the chimney. Since we were buying vent-free gas logs, the chimney wasn't to be used. The rep we dealt with at Mace, Louis Tweed, came on 4/20/13 at exactly 8am (as promised!). He cleaned the chimney and then capped it to seal the chimney. He installed the gas logs. We were given full instruction on how to use the newly installed logs. Louis was through and there was absolutely no residue from his cleaning the chimney. We were very impressed with Mace and, particularly, with the individual we dealt with. There was a very minor question over one of the billed items but that issue was immediately corrected to our satisfaction.

The prices were fair. They were knowledgeable. They were quick to get the job done. They were very professional.
