If your too busy for the work, at least let customers know you aren't interested. It's not fun searching for contractors and when they don't even respond it's a total waste of time.

What I like most is that they were prompt in their service. They came by to do an assessment and they abided by what they originally stated. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again.

Once we finally received the permits everything went will. It was a little strange to watch our garage as we've known it for 25 years get transformed into a beautiful family room. We made some changes to the design and they were able to incorporate them without any problems or delays. We are always getting wonderful complements about our new room and how well it blends in without looking like an addition. Without a doubt we absolutely recommend Homestead Design and Build.

Tom and his men started when they said they would and he was able to get our basement completed in less than 3 weeks. This even included a delay because they had to jack hammer up the concrete floor to rerun new plumbing pipes for the new bathroom. The workmanship was wonderful! They always kept the site clean and neat. They hung plastic up to keep the dust from getting to our upstairs area. When the job was done Tom hired a professional cleaning crew and had my entire house cleaned from top to bottom. We plan on enclosing our existing deck in we only only plan on calling one company to do this.
