Arrived on time and completed the service! This is the way it should always be. I would definitely recommend Olde Londontowne for honest, good service.

I wrote a very negative review of Sergio's work earlier this year because of his failure to return to check out the heat built up in our fireplace. He has subsequently returned and has done excellent work for us in analyzing our problem and fixing it. He was very responsive and his price was fair. I am happy to retract my earlier review.

You cannot ask for a more professional and trustworthy contractor to work with. Most important is the fact that Sergio is not one of those that low-ball a cleaning to get in your door and upsell you on repairs and services that, in reality, are not needed. I was referred to him by a highly rated home inspection company after getting evaluations from other companies including one telling me that my fireplace clearly was not cleaned in November by another company and, most significantly, was unsafe to use and in need of $3,000 in repairs. Three years later we find that despite the brick we are getting extremely heat on an interior wall behind the fireplace. I called Sergio to ask him to come have a look. He remembered us and the work and said he'd get back to me. He did not, so I called again. Again, he said he would get back to us, but I did not hear from him. When I called a third time, he promised to come the next day. I waited for the appointed time, and he never arrived. I've never written a negative review before, but this seems extremely unprofessional. Had he bothered to call or to even say that he was unavailable now but would schedule something in the future, I would not have been so disappointed.

I've been using this company for years. (I think it used to be just Sergio, but in recent years he has gained employees. No difference in the service provided.) It isn't always easy to catch Sergio, especially in the fall, but he always gets back to you. He and his employees provide excellent service, don't try to upsell or find made-up problems, and even go out of their way to do extra things like cleaning off old smoke stains. I can't compare their pricing because I've never used anyone else -- my home inspector recommended Sergio years ago, saying that he was thorough and honest (in an industry that he said has some problems in those respects) -- but it seems fair and hasn't changed much over the years. I would recommend them to anyone.

Sergio did a great job, I would absolutely recommend him. He and his team were professional, friendly, and efficient. There was a technically difficult part of this job, and a different provider had quoted me about triple what Sergio charged to deal with it; Sergio was able to handle the job without doing the much more drastic thing the other company recommended. There are cheaper options than Olde Londontowne, but I will certainly be working with Sergio for any other chimney needs I have.

The whole process went really well. Sergio listened and answered my questions. I was especially glad to have the chimney radically improved as well as cleaned!

Excellent. Sergio knows his stuff and made me feel assured. He corrected the recent aluminum flue installation for my water heater by the furnace company. He showed me what needed to be done and assured me of the quality. I challenged and asked him questions given i had several estimates and I became convinced he knew what he was talking about and it was best to pay his fee. He talked to me in a nonthreatening way and in a respectful way. He showed me that two previous estimates from unscrupulous vendors were incorrect in telling me to take down rows of my chimney and rebuild. I really appreciated the honesty and believe the work that was done needed to be done and was done well. When I compared just the cost of installation of a stainless steel liner he was more than several others but the cost was worth it. Even still given the other vendors overinflated the work that needed to be done - Sergio was less expensive. His team was very professional as well. I recently moved in my home and it isn't pleasant to learn the inspector missed the disrepair but I feel good knowing that my home is being maintained well with Sergio's professionalism and expertise. He answered my many many questions and was willing to go beyond the contracted job when he saw that my gutters weren't lined. Very very pleasant person. My only criticism is that he is hard to pin down to do the work. He doesn't always follow up promptly but I believe he is in extreme demand after hearing of his reputation from so many people. The patience and expense were more than worth it to me. I have peace of mind. Updatee: I should add that Sergio noticed that my gutters from my main roof and my porch roof were not properly aligned. He came back without extra cost to fix this. This was not in the original scope of work and I really appreciated his follow through as this was above and beyond the job for which he was hired.

They were very thorough with the inspection. They were inspecting it to make sure it was safe to use. You could tell he was smart. He explained everything. A lot of the businesses upsell a liner and he did not. I really like that. It seemed that he was very honest because of this. I will be using him again in the future, if needed.

The workwent very well, smoothly, quickly and cheaper. we are extremely happy with his performance.

Company did not communicate or follow through with our attempt to hire them. Estimated cost was $95.

They managed to solve a serious problem quickly which could have been a carbon monoxide issue. He was really great. He measured up to Angie's list absolutely. I give him the highest of ratings.

THIS SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL. MY CHIMNEY WAS VERY VERY CLEAN AND THESE PEOPLE MADE SURE THAT THERE WAS NOTHING LEFT IN THE CHIMNEY AFTER THEY LEFT. IT WAS ALSO VERY CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHER CHIMNEY SWEEPS
