We were very pleased with the service. They made the screens on site. One door screen needed to be ordered. He ordered the screen and promptly installed it when it arrived. In total we replaced 14 window screens and 1 door screen. Service and quality were very good.

This was a job in a rental property. I appreciate being able to call and turn the task over to Wayne, knowing I will get job done at a fair price. In the present case, the modest repair required was more complicated that it initially appeared and could not be accomplished within the preliminary cost estimate. Wayne proceeded with an appropriate and creative repair, then subsequently clearly explained the situation. The matter closed with minimum fuss.

I couldn't have been happier. I'm selling my home and needed to have two latches replaced. I also wasn't sure if I had a problem with a basement window that wouldn't open. Wayne responded quickly to my call and told me he would stop by at no charge. When he came by I showed him the latches I had purchased online. He confirmed that they were the correct ones and installed them. He also showed me that the basement window was a different model than my other two and that it was operating correctly. I highly recommend his company. Great service at a very fair price. I had called Blaine Window Repair and they never returned my call. Wayne operates his business the way it should be--customer focused.

He was really good at what he did and not only was he on time but he got the parts that he ordered early than expected and the price was reasonable. He was excellent and he replaced a couple of screens and he had to get new parts for some tensions rod. I would recommend him to others.

My husband and I couldn't be more pleased. Our service provider, Wayne, is a skilled craftsman, a careful worker who pays attention to details, and a really nice guy. It may seem that the job was a small one--but a good job is a good job. We definitely will use him for other work on our house. We would have had him install a new retractable-screen storm door and two new windows in our studio--but we had already contracted for that work. Extras: 1) We mentioned a loose window sash to Wayne and he fixed it--right then and there. 2) He is a dog lover--and brought our two corgis a couple of dog biscuits. 3) With the patio screen door installed and in use, we were able to enjoy the visit of a hummingbird this morning. He/she came right up to the screen and looked in at us.

Excellent service in terms of timing, excellent communication in updating issues such as finding replacement and meeting expectations.

He was able to repair windows and a door that other contractors could not or were not willing to do, and to supply storm windows. Since we have nice wood windows in our main living areas downstairs, we decided to preserve them, and not many companies deal with repairs so were were very pleased to find Wayne Hayre, of Window Works Inc. He also gave us general advice on all our windows, he is very professional and pleasant to deal with, and takes pride in his work.

He was extremely helpful, thorough and recommended options that saved me money but cost him money. He was also very quick and efficient.

Wayne was terrific. He knew the type of window from my over-the-phone description. He quoted a price, we agreed upon a date for the work. He came as promised and replaced the glass. Excellent work. He is easy to work with and knows his stuff. I'd use him again. Many companies will only replace the entire sliding glass door. He had know problem just replacing the double-pane glass.

Everything went great. He is an incredible man. He is very knowledgeable about his trade. I tried and tried finding someone to fix my windows and nobody would do it. I'm so thankful I found this company because they did a great job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. He is so friendly and professional. He is fair and honest.

Wayne was willing to work with me to provide exactly the products and services I requested. He took a down payment, then ordered the windows. Two weeks later he installed them. I asked to have a dryer vent in place of the glass in one of the basement windows. He fabricated the solution himself. I appreciate that he was willing to accommodate my request. He left me with the glass panel in case I decide to use it in the future. The 'B' grade for price is just based on my sense of what things cost. I didn't get any other bids.

wayne was friendly, professional, curteous and punctual. he cleaned up after himself and did a great job. i was very happy with the work he did and will use him for future work.

Window Works is a very professional operation. Wayne did not try to pressure me into buying new windows. He brought a sample of the storm window to the house so that I would know exactly what I would get. He and a helper did most of the the work on one of the coldest days of the year in December and planned to come back in January to finish installing two more windows over a slate roof. The winter snows prevented the completion of the work during the winter. However, he kept in touch over the winter and assured me that he would return to complete the work. He kept his promise and returned in April to install the storm windows from the inside to avoid damaging the slate. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

We liked Window Works. I thought they were pricey, but maybe it was the average price in the market. The quality of work was good. They provided wonderful service. They came on time and did everything they said they were going to do. They were very cautious. It only took them a couple of hours to complete the job. I would call them back if I needed any other window work.

Wayne Hayre promptly returned my calls and scheduled and performed the work in a very timely manner. He was thorough, dependable, neat and very professional. He even went above and beyond the original agreement by checking other windows that were not cited in the home inspection.

The gentleman I spoke with was very friendly and offered a fair quote of under $300 per window. However, he only does work in Maryland, not DC, where I live.

I felt Wayne Hayre, the owner of the company, went above and beyond the call of duty with this project. He took exact measurements and was persistent in contacting the Andersen Company for parts. When Andersen wasnt willing to supply the pieces for the job, Mr. Hayre made the parts by hand and installed them himself. He did a superb job and was very neat, pleasant and reliable to work with.

They were easy to work and talk with and very quick.
