First there were issues with them honoring the contract. 2) When they came to the house, they put concrete in my shower drain. 3) when they started to install the system a contractor told me it was installed incorrectly. I have tried numerous ways to resolve this. They company has not been cooperative. I would not recommend them.

I was overall very pleased with George's professionalism and honest opinions and feedback about installing a sump pump in our basement. He was punctual and very courteous and I felt that he wasn't pushy about getting the work done by his company. He was very matter of fact and frank about how everything works with water coming into your house. I didn't feel like he was trying to take advantage of the fact that this was our first home and we didn't know anything about what he was talking about. He really tried to explain thing in laymen's terms for us. The only reason we didn't end up using his company was because we were able to get a slightly better price from another company, which was just enough to make it worth our while. Other than price everything else was comparable with the company we used. I would still highly recommend that you have his company come out and work with you as one of the companies you shop around for basement waterproofing.
