Overall service provided was very good. Pat (the owner) and an associate showed up to do the installs across two days - bathroom fan installation on the first day as well as a little bit of fan installation preparation, and then the rest of the fans on the second day. Service was very professional, and Pat was willing to answer my at times unrelated questions about other electrical issues around the house. Additionally, when mistakes were made, Pat made sure to correct them during clean up. Overall a very good electrician. You get what you pay for very often, and though I am sure there are cheaper electricians around, I am also sure they are not a professional or provide a high quality a service.

They were prompt. We had some problem; they came back and took care of them. I wouldn't go as far as calling them reasonable but they are smarter with price. They weren't cheap.

The estimate was about $9500. I was very positive with him. Patrick Corner was the guy who came in, and I was very confident about him. It was a very large job, and I wanted it be done by time I move into my house. He couldn't do it in my time frame, because he had some other work to finish; that's the only reason I didn't go with him. There were basically two guys who were working, and they had some other jobs to do. He couldn't guarantee that he could finish the work in the time frame I needed. He was very responsive both the times he came and he was very upfront. His bid was right on with what I ended up paying for the job; having the other company doing it for me. He was very accurate and very honest about his work and the bid. It didn't work in terms of timing; otherwise I probably would have ended up going with him. I really liked the fact that it was only him, and he doesn't subcontract to anybody else. I liked his honest approach to the situation. He called me back when he told he would call me and he came in when he told he would come. He was very punctual and responsive. His customer service was very good. I think he was reliable and very prompt. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Pat was excellent to work with. He explained that the breaker box in my house was a fire hazard. After googling the brand name, I found lots of reports of problems with the box. He gave me the option of just repairing the storm damage, or doing the heavy up, installing a main breaker, and improving the safety of the house. I chose the latter option. He took care of the permit, calling the county for the inspection, and following up to insure everything was going well. The insurance company balked at paying for more than the simple repairs, and Pat called the county to help me get an inspector report saying that they would not have approved the repairs with the current breaker box in place. I would work with Pat again in a heartbeat.
