Fast response and very knowledgeable. They had to put in a lot more effort and time than they expected, but they did not charge me more than the original estimate. There was a part broken related to the hinge to the laptop lid inside the computer and they actually had to order special epoxy and manufacture the needed part by applying thin layers of the epoxy. Very creative, resourceful, and patient on their part. Dinesh was also willing to answer some questions about problems on my other laptop. I will definitely call them again in the future.

Dinesh, the rep who serviced my iMac, was friendly, courteous and professional. He quickly analyzed the issue and setup the retrieval of all my files and data from my Time Capsule. Problem solved and fairly quickly! I will consider hiring this company again.

Cost me a little more than I had hoped but was certainly well worth it. Total Tech Geeks did a great job of replacing my rotting CAT5 cable with rugged outdoor cable. When I made a mistake which caused a camera to short they fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. They're also very pleasant to work with. Will be using Total Tech Geeks for all my future work and highly recommend them.
