Super fast, excellent service. Repaired and upgrade from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 within 24 hours.

They were on time, friendly and very good. They came to my house and were honest and trustworthy.

The servicer was great. I will definitely hire the young man who came here. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Very satisfied customer.

They will pick up and drop off equipment and do good work. My laptop had multiple issues and required lots of return visits to correct. Seems attitudes and politeness were wearing thin towards the end. But they did finally resolve all issues and give me a reliable laptop I paid for.

The service was timely and performed quite well.

The two techs arrived at my house almost exactly at the promised time. Both were extremely pleasant, courteous, and presented themselves in a professional manner. They proceeded to evaluate the issue and we then scheduled a return day and time which they subsequently observed with the same precision which they applied to their arrival on the first day. As they began their work they identified some additional challenges which they undertook without hesitation. Since the job would require and additional day but knowing that I was anxious to complete the project they agreed to return the next day which was a Sunday. On that occasion just one of the two techs attended to the job but performed it with the same professionalism and courtesy that I had observed on the two previous encounters. Over all I am extremely pleased with all aspects of the service provided by Total Tech Geeks and recommend them without hesitation or qualification.

They successfully recovered all of my data when my laptop’s operating system failed. Even came and put it on my new computer! Happy with the results and reasonable pricing!

On time, polite focused,my problem with printing was solved AND my laptop has never been so fast or so clear with amazing color.

I was promised that my computer would be repaired within five to seven days...and today is day number eight. A telephone recording from the company was left on my voice mail stating that my computer repair was now in "phase six" and that I would be contacted by the end of the day regarding my data recovery...I was not contacted but I did leave a message stating my dissatisfaction with the entire process, and now desire the quick return of my computer. I don't have my computer back yet.

Very professional. Polite and responsive. Met their promised schedule. Definitely "service with a smile". It is obvious Dinesh really enjoys his profession.

Arrived earlier than expected, hard drive crashed, kept us informed of progress, arrived earlier than expected with retrieved data. Assisted in installing new PC. Courteous, answered all questions. Will readily go back to these guys. Came from Silver Spring, MD to Dulles area. Denish was terrific!!!

On time for visit; the hard drive crashed and they replaced the HD and recovered 500 gigs of data. Very happy
