Everything went great! On time and done quickly and efficiently. The guys were easy to talk to and explained exactly what was going on. I’d hire them again for gutter cleaning and also window cleaning down the road.

NO SHOW. AFTER WAITING TWO AND A HALF HOURS, AND MAKING REPEATED CALLS, WAS RESCHEDULED FOR ANOTHER DAY. THEY DECIDED TO SEND THE CREW AN HOUR AND A HALF EARLY, AND REFUSED TO SEND THEM AT THE SCHEDULED TIME.

On time. Very pleasant and professional. Windows hadn't been cleaned in FOUR years. They now sparkle like new. Also very tidy, including removing their shoes before entering the house. Plus VERY fast. Best window cleaning experience I've ever had. Not only would I use them again, telling everyone I know.

At first, there was no problem. They had done the windows at our prior house, a rental. I scheduled a date and time for them to do the windows at our new house (they were to come at 2pm). My husband stayed home to let them in. When they didn't show up at the scheduled time he called the main number to ask when they were coming. He never got an answer. The crew finally showed up after 4, when it was starting to get dark, and never called to say they were running late. Since it was getting dark, there was no point in their starting, so he sent them on their way and asked them to have Tony call. Tony never called, and never returned my call to reschedule the work.

OK.. They cleaned gutters at fair price, but did not do any more. That's OK.

They did not show up. AVOID TONY'S CLEANING SERVICE unless you have time/hours to sit around and wait for them to show up and not bother to contact you regarding their status.

The service men came on time and did the work quickly and efficiently. They were courteous and polite.

They arrived an hour early without calling, which meant we didn't have time to clear the windowsills. They left a lot of smears, and seemed eager to leave. When I looked at the windows, I found they had broken a lamp, but were not going to tell me. There response when I questioned them, was "just call the office". Easier said than done: we have called three times, the call goes to message, and there is no call back. They reluctantly redid a couple of windows, but several are still not clean, and they left dirt smears on some walls. Though cheap, I would not recommend using them.

The workers did a good job of cleaning the gutters. They worked quickly, but seem to have done it well. There is one area that still seems to be clogged, as evidenced by spillage during heavy rain. I asked the workers to clean up some areas where there was debris from the gutters and they did. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Needed urgent gutter cleaning. Called Tony's and was pleasantly surprised -- they were able to come out the next afternoon (Friday) and gave me what seemed like a reasonable quote ($85). They called later the same day to see if they could come out the following morning rather than the afternoon. I said that would be fine. In the morning, the technician called to say that he would not be able to come in the morning and gave me a 3pm appointment time instead. At 3:15pm, he called again to say that he was too far away and was not going to come today at all. By this point, it was obviously too late for me to call any other company to come do the work this week. I asked him to come even if it meant that he would come late, and he refused and told me to call the main office. I called the main office, and the person who answered seemed concerned and said he would call Tony to see what could be done. Two hours later (and at the end of the day), I have not heard from this company despite my making a follow-up call to them. This was completely unprofessional and, needless to say, I will not be and quot;reschedulingand quot; my gutter cleaning with Tony's.

It went great. They were very good and on time. They were very professional and nice.

Called and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 3:30 pm. No discussion of prices on the call. I expected we would discuss what I needed done and get a verbal estimate at the appointment. No phone calls or other contact when workers showed up at 2:15 pm. They were lucky I was home over an hour before the scheduled time. They immediately started working on cleaning the gutters before I had to stop them and tell them that only the back of house needed cleaning, since we have gutter covers on the rest of the house. Not sure about current prices, but 2 years ago when we had the entire houseful of gutters cleaned it cost $65. So I felt that the $65 price for half the amount of work was little high. But they did a good job and were fast.

They did a great job and I am very happy. They were hard workers and finished in two days. I would recommend them.

they came, they cleaned the windows and gutters, they were professional and courteous and they left. My house is on the side of a hill and the windows and gutters require an extension ladder and plenty of confidence.

They thoroughly cleaned our gutters, ran water through them to ensure there were no blockages and they bagged all the debris. I wish they have taken the trash bags with them, but that's minor.

Very efficient. Exactly what we needed at a great price. Three men came and cleaned all of our windows in less than 30 minutes. A noticeable difference!

The leader of the 3 person crew called to say they would be late and then called to confirm their arrival 15 minutes ahead of their arrival. I appreciated the and quot;head up.and quot; The crew was professional and courteous. We walked through the house and reviewed the work to be done and the furniture that needed to be moved. (I had moved some furniture and stored fragile items the day before). They removed their shoes when inside or cleaned them before entering each time. They wiped the external woodwork around the windows and the inside window frame. The worked quickly and were neat.

Tony's did a GREAT job for me this morning. Responded minutes after I left a voicemail and showed up on schedule this morning. All the windows in my rowhouse were done by a pleasant and efficient 3 man team in under an hour. The windows are gleaming and spotless and my house is about 50% brighter now ;) Will be using again!

Everything went very smoothly. They arrived on time and worked diligently. I had my storm windows cleaned, as well, so they brought those into the various rooms to wipe them down. They set out towels on which they did their work, but I did see a little bit of soaking through on to the carpet here and there. It was only water at that point, so a little follow-up on my part took care of a few drips. My opinion is that it was a reasonable amount of homeowner follow-up for any sort of repair job. It was my choice; I do believe I could have pointed out the spots and they would have cleaned them up for me. My personal preference was to do a little bit of post-work clean-up myself. So, I repeat: I thought they did a really good job.

I can not say enough nice things about them. I called to inquire about how much and I received a call back the same day with an estimate. We arranged a date and time and they showed up as stated. 2 men came and they did a great job.They power washed the front and back and cleaned all the windows in my house. I even called back later when some water dripped from 2 windowsills and caused some dirt to run down the siding and they came back and pressure washed it away for no extra charge. I would highly recommend this company.
