Very disappointing service (or lack thereof). I received Stone Garden's information through Angi.com. While their team responded quickly and provided an estimate, which appeared to be competitive, I never heard from them again despite accepting their proposal and calling/emailing several times to finalize an agreement and start date. They have never responded to this day. This does not appear to be a company you can trust to keep its word let alone do the work.

Jose and his team did a great job from the quote process through the completed project. They added a back patio that can double as a parking pad to our rowhouse backyard in DC. Recommended.

The team was prompt, professional, thorough, reliable, talented, fairly priced - we'll call them for our next project for sure, no-bid.

The team did a beautiful and amazing job. They were there every day working very hard and I love my patio. However, I noticed after a couple of weeks, a few cracks. This could have been easily remedied. I called, spoke with Ericka once, and spoke with a machine after that. All I wanted was someone to come by and complete the job and no one showed up or got back to me. This is very disappointing, this was a large, expensive project that, until the lack of response, I was gong to recommend to everyone I know. Unfortunately, I will not use this company again (which is a shame, because Sam and I discussed big future projects) and cannot recommend them to anyone else. Unfortunately, the lack of follow up is the only reason this is not a 5 star review. If there is a problem, they will not respond.

We could not be happier. The work was completed one week ahead of schedule. The crew were friendly and worked VERY hard. They also answered any and all questions we asked about the work they were doing, how things were being constructed and the next steps. The front office (Erika and Jose) were very responsive and Sam the owner came by every day to check on progress and answer any questions we had. We are looking forward to spending the summer in our back yard thanks to their hard work.

We were very happy with Stone Garden. They were punctual and showed up at the agreed upon time for an estimate and to complete the work. The company provided an itemized quotation and was willing to negotiate a small reduction (I always try to negotiate, even when the quote is reasonable). Payment was easy to complete online. We would use Stone Garden again.

Crew worked tirelessly over 4 days, moving large plants and digging carefully by hand. My only issue was their failure to consult me about relocating the large shrubs - they overplanted some of my valuable perennials, which I had mapped carefully, and they messed up some of my beds with the siting of the shrubs. The perennials have yet to reappear this spring. They only asked me about temporarily placing plants, not replanting them. Some, I dug up and moved. Others, I just threw away because I’d told them I didn’t want them, but they planted anyway.

Fabulous. Sam and his crew are great people who take great pride in their work.

They did a great job for us. We had them landscape and re-do our front and back yards. They provided wise advice on what plants to select and brought them all to our house. They poured concrete by a side porch in order to help with drainage and prevent leaking into the basement. I would hire them again!

They did a phenomenal job. Jose and Sam helped me plan my project, gave helpful suggestions, and were wonderful to work with throughout the project. The team was professional, punctual, flexible and hardworking. The work is of excellent quality, it looks exactly as promised, and was done in exactly the time frame promised, despite a snow storm and several rain days. Their price was very competitive - significantly less than other companies. I would definitely hire them again, and would recommend them for anyone looking for high quality stone masonry. The work included a flagstone patio with a curved stacked stone wall in my garden, a new flagstone walkway & stairs to my front porch, and a stacked stone wall along the front of my property. They also put in a stepping stone walkway along the side of the house. It all looks fantastic. And my neighbors think so too - multiple people have asked for their contact information! After they finished, I hired them to edge my flower beds, mulch, remediate the lawn, and put in some lanterns, bird feeders and other garden features. Also wonderfully done.

They were fantastic! From the company owner and his son to every single worker who came to our home to work, they were prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and meticulous with their work. They were willing to work within our budget, offer suggestions that would improve the overall look of the yard while also considering important foctors such as proper drainage and maintenance. We never felt pressured to spend more. They listened to us, adjusted estimates and plans when we weren't sure about something, and kept an open line of communication throughout the project to ensure we were aware of what was going on and we were happy with the work. And now our yard looks absolutely amazing! The crews showed up right on time every morning, worked hard all day and paid such close attention to detail that we were continually amazed by them. It was clear that they cared about the work they were doing and weren't just trying to rush through the job. Even neighbors, who saw them working, commented on how they couldn't believe how meticulous they were. We had gotten estimates for stamped concrete before meeting with Stone Garden and they were ridiculously expensive for a far-inferior product. We are still amazed that we now have such a beautiful back yard. We really can't say enough good things about our experience with this company. We'd work with them again anytime.
