+ 2 moreRenzo and his team do outstanding work at reasonable prices! SOMAT have completed several projects in our house and we have been very satisfied with each one. The SOMAT team is very professional and take great care in protecting furniture and cleaning up the debris The latest project involved drywall repair, painting, installation of a vinyl tiles, and toilet installation. They took a great deal of time to prepare the walls before painting and the results are outstanding. And the tile floor looks great … sorry we did not upgrade the bathroom sooner. In summary, SOMAT is a company that can be trusted to handle most renovation projects. We will continue to use SOMAT for years to come.

I got my kitchen redone and hardwood floors installed by renzo and his team. SOMAT is my one and only contractor because they tackle every job and complete it on time and with awesome craftsmanship!

+ 1 moreJust as i could have hoped, i was refereed to Renzo (SOMAT) through a neighbor. the work that SOMAT preformed was top notch, we itemized the entire project and he both began and competed on time. There were a few items that i added throughout the process and i found his pricing to again be very competitive. We love our new kitchen and are constantly receiving complements form neighbors friends and family. a few of my neighbors have asked for SOMATs contact info as they were so impressed with the work.
Description of Work: Complete renovation of the main floor of my new home. 2 walls were removed all interior walls were painted, new cabinets, granite and appliances were installed. The fireplace was refinished. Original hardwood floors sanded, stained and refinished, new baseboard and crown mounding on two floors.

+ 2 moreWe were very happy with the finished product. Renzo was always professional, friendly, trustworthy and reliable. The kitchen and living room turned out exactly as we had imagined (and was finished way sooner that we had thought too!) Any problems or bumps in the road, Renzo was there with a quick and easy solution. Renzo was also very accommodating to the fact that we were living in the house (with a dog too) during the renovations. He always left the house clean at the end of each day.
Description of Work: Renzo and SOMAT Remodeling redid our Kitchen and Living Room. This including rewiring the electric, refinishing floors, plumbing work and demoing an entire wall.
