Service went very well. It is Memorial Day weekend, so not easy to get service & not all vent cleaning companies do the larger stove vent. David & Steve called ahead w/ETA. They were very helpful & customer service oriented. Very yucky job & thankfully someone was available to do it!

I called Quality's office yesterday to schedule a dryer vent cleaning. The woman that answered the phone was courteous and got me scheduled for service today. Technician (Sonny) arrived within the two hour window I was given. He explained the process, answered all my questions, and made sure to check in at the end to ensure that I was happy with the quality of service provided. He was a complete professional. I will likely use them when I am ready to do the duct cleaning.

Sonny and Luiz were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained their process, answered all of my questions and showed me how dirty my units were before and how clean after! They also took the time to set aside all of my air return grills and explain how I could take them to The hardware store for upgraded versions (per my questions about how to do it). Many thanks!

Extremely professional and thorough. Feel like they really know their business and the technicians gave it their utmost attention. Only thing is I asked them to email me photos of the before and after of the once filthy ducts and I have not yet received. Think they just forgot, though, so will remind them soon.

For future DC customers: Unfortunately the team had to visit twice. The first time there was no parking for the size of their service equipment. I was not aware of the size. and 2, I discussed and expected to have the dryer vent cleaned and they did not let me know on their first visit that this could not be done. I paid $105.00 for the 2 hour parking and it was such a hassle with the DC Govt and very time consuming to get permission with lots of rules and regulations. The team was very flexible and efficient.

Excellent service, the team was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They explained the job ahead of time and gave me updates throughout. They covered the floors and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very pleasant to work with and also let me know ahead of time about noise etc. in case I needed to make conference calls (etc.), which I did. Overall a great experience. I suspect they are a bit pricier than other providers, but I feel I got my money's worth.

Excellent! Result! Noticed immediately years ago I had this done much cleaner & all I c*** rug is you fed what you pay for. Lor more but results impressive (Before w/t less, barely hatred results).

I have no idea how well the ducts were cleaned but I assume that the job was done well. He showed me how much dust and dirt had come from the vents. He thought that the amount was a lot but I guess I expected to see more. The ductwork hadn't been cleaned in 40+ years. Since they had not been cleaned in such a long time, I also had him sanitize the ductwork with some sort of fogger that is supposed to kill all bacteria and mold. The mixture was one of multiple herbs (I have now forgotton which ones.. eucalyptus, spearmint???). My house is small (1276 sq ft) and the vacuum he used was relatively small. No view into the ducts before and after. I simply did not know what to expect, never having done this previously. I paid $315 through Angies list for the ductwork cleaning and $225 (by check) for the fogger.

The woman who does the scheduling and reminder phone call is the nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with over the phone. The technician was on time and completed the work in a thorough and timely manner. I liked that he showed me the enormous lint chunk he pulled out and it had obviously sparked at some point and easily could'e started a fire. I am now on their 2 year reminder list. I plan to use them again to clean our entire house's air ducts.

Amazing!! The guys were nice and thorough. The difference in air quality is incredible. There was confusion over payment (you can only use one Angie's list deal at a time apparently), but they handled it so professionally. Every business should run like this! We will definitely use them again. This was our first time using a company like this and I read a lot of reviews. This company is as good as they sound from their reviews.

They cleaned, sanitized, and fogged all of the duct work of our stepson's condo. They also replaced all of the duct vent covers and reconnected the vent from the clothes dryer to the outside receptacle and got rid of a number of bird nests that had clogged the outside vent. They showed up on time and worked hard to make the air quality safe once again. We were very pleased with their work and look forward to having them do work at our home after our renovations are complete. They even cleaned the HVAC unit out on their balcony and suggested that it be replaced soon. It cost more than the average duct cleaning, but it needed a lot of extra attention.

They were great. I think they did a great job and the person who did the work was very nice. I like them a lot and so I scheduled them again. The price didn?t bother me.

Excellent, Luis took off his shoes upon entering my home and had an incredible for detail when cleaning our ducts. He came at 3:30 pm on a Saturday and stayed until 7:30 pm. He did a great job, cleaning up afterwards too.

Sonny explained what he was doing re-our duct cleaning and also how we needed our dryer vent cleaned. He was tidy and professional.
