Anthony/Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and educational in his communication with me and my husband. He took duct pictures to show the build up of dust, mold, and dirt. The process was about 3.5 hours and Tony stayed busy the entire time. He explained what he was doing and made suggestions, like replace all the vent covers near the floors, which we did. There was a fair amount of black mold on these covers. The house smelled like lemon from the biocide application - fresh. Just a suggestion, cat owners may want to crate their cat during the process. I did not and now she is still on alert one day later and not eating...no fault of Tony's. He warned me.

I used this company twice. A year ago they replaced a dryer vent that was disconnected in the ceiling. I was relieved that they could replace the vent tubing from dryer, through the ceiling to the outside of my house - about 30 feet altogether. I was so relieved that they could do this without cutting into my ceiling to reach the disconnected pieces. They did a great job! Last week Michael from Air Quality Solutions came to inspect my duct work. He fished out toys that kids of prior homeowner had inserted through the vent. He determined that there was no visible evidence of mold and that I probably didn't need the $1k UV light the HVAC company wants to sell me. I trust this company - they demonstrated both ethics and competence.

Well, they called me to let me know they had an earlier appointment on the same day. That was fine. One of the employees told me that vent blockage was more serious which prompted us to make the dry vent maintenance yearly. My issues were that one of employees did not list to me and made assumptions.

(They were very talkative which is fine for most, maybe a little too much for me:). Overall they did excellent work and I will recommend the company to anyone needing this service.

Work appeared to be okay. Worker did leave debris on dryer and in washing machine. Pricing however is dubious. When you call they give you a range $179-300, which is okay. However, I made the mistake of telling them I had the Angie's list $10 coupon so surprise, my bill was $189. I asked the worker how he determined the price and he said something about length of time and distance traveled. He was here for 40 minutes which included a cigarette break. I am in Arlington and they are in suburban Maryland. If they don't want to service Virginia, they should say so up front.

Scheduling the appointment was a challenge; I was not impressed with Karen (the scheduler). Having said this, the quality of work and professionalism of the gentlemen who actually performed the work was top notch. Recommended!

Workers arrived promptly, provided a reasonable estimate, and got to work. The end product was installed well, performs well, and looks nice.

As far as I can tell the air ducts are pretty clean. However, the amount of dirt that ended up on my floors throughout the house, and lots of dust that blanketed the utility room where my furnace is was unexpected. I spent a full day hand washing the wood and concrete floors afterward, as well as sweeping and vacuuming the debris in the utility room. The heavy vacuum equipment left scratches on my basement stair paint as it was transported down and up. There was an outside entrance to the basement that was pointed out and ignored.

Scheduled for a weekday, but they later offered me a weekend opening which was more convenient for me. Arrived on time and very professionally. Cleaned out my super-dirty ducts so they look new! Also completely replaced my old dryer duct and cleaned out the dryer for a very reasonable fee.

The technicians did an extremely thorough job - it took a lot longer than expected because out ducts were so filthy. The technicians called us over several times to have a look at the "before" and "after" as they went through cleaning our ducts. The difference was amazing and it was clear that they were being very fastidious in getting to every nook and cranny of our system. The technicians were clearly professionals at their job who took a lot of pride in their work. We will definitely be hiring them to clean our ducts next time!

Spent a great deal of time to clean vent pipe

They did a very good job. I think I paid close to $200 and I don't know if that was fair or not fair. I just needed my vents cleaned. Apparently they were almost totally clogged. There was a difference between when I talked to them on the telephone and when they came, and they were like threatening they knew all these things were going to be wrong, and then they could fix it. They got me all worked up before they even saw what the problem was. In my experience working with these contractors and service providers, they will often tell you the worst when it's not necessary, or they'll try to sell you the most expensive brands. These guys didn't, but they told me I would have to replace the entire dryer venting solution. This was on the phone, and I didn't need to. It was a couple hundred to a thousand dollar project. It turned out they could clean it very nicely with the flexible tubing that I have and that I have had for thirty years.

It went fine. I'd give them an "A". I was happy with the service.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Joe and Luis were friendly, informative and very professional. They did an outstanding job getting ducts, dryer vent, blower and evaporator coils in top shape. My air conditioning and dryer are working more efficiently now that the systems are clean.

They did a good job. We thought the price was very high. They did a great job but it was really expensive.

We had used this company in 2015 to perform the same work. The same technician, Sonny, performed the work this past May and was once again professional and meticulous in the work he did. He was able to clear out our ducts and improve our air quality. He made sure no mess was left behind as a result of the duct cleaning, and ensured that our dryer vent was completely cleared of any lint and other debris. We will definitely bring Quality Air Solutions back again in a few years.
