My only regret is that circumstances have prevented me from posting my comments before now. Our need was for a total house duct cleaning. I had received coupons in the mail and looked up those companies on the internet. Then I checked out a number of the companies on Angie’s List. The mail coupon offers were much lower priced; but as I researched the various companies, I felt that if I was going to pay for this work to be done, I wanted at least that it be done completely and well. The Quality Air Solutions crew was outstanding from beginning to end. They arrived promptly on time, and Brandon explained in detail what they do & how it’s done. The equipment was set up in such a way as to protect floors, carpets, and furniture. When I first requested an estimate from Quality Air Solutions, I was told their work includes unlimited number of vents and returns, and they do not charge extra for travel. That was different from many coupon offers. The estimate given was $395, minus the $50 discount since I had the Angie’s List coupon. I paid exactly $345 and was very pleased with their work and work ethic. They did a thorough cleaning of all vents and returns, plus the extra items mentioned in the Work Description. Before leaving, they cleaned up each place where they had worked and rolled up the canvas (or whatever it was that protected the floors and carpet). Everything looked just as it did prior to their coming… except that the vents, etc., were now all clean. Brandon and his crew were respectful and courteous throughout the process; we were very impressed with every aspect of their work. Whenever we have the need again, we would certainly call on Quality Air Solutions.

Very well. Brandon & Joe arrived on time and were polite and professional. While my cats were not at all pleased with the sound of the ducts being cleaned, they were careful not to traumatize them. They provided pointers on how to keep the ducts clear of gunk in the future and were very thorough in their work. Brandon also showed me how to secure the air filter in the unit they serviced and explained it's function as well. Both workers received phone calls during the job, but in neither instance did they interfere with the speed or thoroughness of their work. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in having their ducts cleaned or serviced.

The job went very well and I would work with them again. The team was extremely polite and outgoing. They did a complete job although there really isnt a way of knowing for sure as you cant see in the ducts. I have every reason to believe them. They were prompt and put in a lot of work to complete the job in a quality manner. The only knock I have on the team was they would have left some of their equipment at my house if we didnt follow behind them to check the work. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and assume the job took longer than they expected and were trying to move quickly.

When I called I was told the employees would come out to give an estimate and, if they determined they could, perform the service that same day. I called on a Monday (if I remember correctly) and they (Brendan and Tom) were at my house Wednesday afternoon. They were here by 1:00 and were ready to get started. When they were almost done they offered to scrub the old registers but I declined as I wanted all new registers. Everything looked and smelled so clean that I was not about to put those old disgusting registers back in. They put down tarps and there was no soot, etc to be found. They even offered to wash my kitchen floor afterward in case they left something there (which they didn't". Efficient, polite and very friendly. Thanks guys! We are very happy customers. The Macks

They were exceptional, I could not have been more pleased. The price was fine and the quality was top notch. They were here right when they said they would be. If we needed to we would use them again in a heart beat.

My wife was concerned that the cleaning of the ducts would result in dust throughout the house. The method used, however, did not do so. The crew was very professional, explaining the process as it went along. With regard to cost, I received a $50 discount because of Angie's List and, because the crew noticed that our furnace is serviced by Davis & Davis, advised that we were entitled to a further $50 discount on the dryer vent cleaning. We recommend the company highly.

We had never had the ducts cleaned in 12 years, and doubt our predecessors did either. When Joe & Brandon came to quote for the job I asked about the aluminium dryer hose, which always worried me as a potential fire hazard. They confirmed that it was and that they could replace it with something more solid. The job was quicker than I had expected, and very clean. At the end of the job I was staggered by the amount of dust etc that was blown out of the ducts. The house smells so much cleaner, and I feel much happier with the more substantial dryer hose.

Two professionals came out a week ahead to give me an estimate on vent cleaning because I have two furnaces. They detected a problem that the dryer was venting into the attic instead of the roof. A connection had come loose. Also the exhaust of the attic furnace was not installed properly. They immediately fixed the exhaust and vacuumed all the lint out of the attic, since it was a fire hazard. Then they gave me the estimate for a proper vent cleaning ($395 for first, + $300 for 2nd system) as well as replacement of the dryer pipe ($125) the following week, which was reasonable. I never felt pushed into using Quality Air Solutions, and if I had chosen a different company, that work (removing fire hazard) would have been on them. The same friendly, professional gentlemen came again on our arranged date at the time we agreed and worked for a solid 10 hours! They replaced the flexible accordion hose connected to the dryer with a solid pipe venting out of the roof instead of into the attic. They flushed the upstairs system and then the larger and older downstairs system. It was amazing what stuff was in the vents, aside from years of dust, debris from renovations! They removed and washed the vent covers and just did a really thorough job. All day they were in a good mood and treating each other and me with respect. Although it was hard work, it was actually a fun day, and it feels and smells so much better in the house. I'd never use anybody else in the future for this type of work.

Our dryer belt broke. While moving it, the old exhaust pipe became detached. In the course of repair, I discovered that the exhaust pipe was not venting. QAS discovered that the original construction of our townhouse was defective and our dryer had never vented outdoors. It was venting into the house & there was a gigantic pile of lint, etc in the walls! They installed it properly and did truly great work. I would highly recommend QAS to anyone in need of such services.

They were by far the best company I have ever dealt with in this line of work. They pricing was good and I appreciate the service they provided. I will use this company again in the future.

I was referred to Quality Air Solutions by the company who inspects the furnace annually. I called and spoke to Laura, the owner/manager. I was given an excellent overview of the process and cost. Initially the work was scheduled for a date of my choosing,but as "luck" would have it, a serious plumbing disaster occurred the previous night and repair took longer than expected the following day. When the technicians, Joe and Brandon arrived they were sensitive to the situation and offered to reschedule at a less stressful time. A week later, they arrived on time, cheerful and gracious, ready to work. They were careful to walk through the house with me and explain the actual process. They protected the floors and were extremely careful in moving any furniture. I was also so appreciative of their consideration of the pets in the home and the need to accommodate and move them during the work. They inspected the furnace, humidifier and cleaned the coils. Everything was accomplished in less time and with less noise than I expected. I saw the dirt/debris removed from the system...no wonder the house had been so difficult to keep dust free! The dryer vent was also inspected and minor cleaning needed was done with plans for a complete vent cleaning or duct replacement next year. I understand the HVAC cleaning will be good for 4-5 years. These gentleman worked with knowledge and a professional approach. They were kind and patient to answer any questions I had. At no time did I feel pressured from either the main office staff or the technicians to "add more services". When they were finished they cleaned up and removed all equipment. I also want to add that I was moved and so appreciative that the company graciously applied a substantial military discount for the work as the house is my daughter's ( I am just here to oversee household needs) . She is an Army doctor, currently deployed to a Combat Support Hospital,forward unit, in Iraq.This is a true measure of supporting our troops! Sorry A+ is not an option for rating excellence, flexibility, integrity and professionalism. This company truly deserves a POH!

They arrived on time they had drop cloths, cleaned up after themselves the and sysetms perform better and we have noticed less dust in the air. We are very pleased with the service.

My experience with Quality Air Solutions reminded me of the good old days when customer service, competency, and reliability mattered. They arrived on time, inspected my home, explained how they would do the work, gave me an estimate of the cost, and how much time they would need. I was impressed by their knowledge and professional approach, and especially by their obvious concern that I be a satisfied customer. The work was done as promised and on time, I could tell the difference in air quality almost immediately. Needless to say, I was very happy with the entire experience, you just don't find the combination of care and competency they displayed around much anymore. I will certainly be using them again.
